The initial delivery of these lights had a power cord with a switch on it that would not work. The light itself was fine, but the switch was broken. This may have been due to the way they pack things. All lights and switches come to you in narrow, strong, cardboard tubes. The problem here is that the contents can be tightly packed, and as the user tries to get the items out of the narrow tubes, they will invariably do what I unintentionally did, and that is to grab onto the cords and YANK on them to get them the heck out of the bloody tube! I mean, these babies are packed tightly! This is probably what caused that switch to fail. Anyway, I contacted customer support and they immediately sent me 6 free lights and their accompanying cords and switches and apologized to me for the trouble! Wow! Very cool! I was able to light up my whole garage because of this! I am extremely happy with these lights. They are good quality, ultra lightweight, easy to install and have transformed my garage from dark cave to a well lighted place of usefulness! My only quibble is that the thin aluminum brackets that you first tack or nail into the ceiling and then clip the lights into, are very flimsy and easy to break. That being said, the lights are so lightweight that a single broken bracket with only one side clipped into the light is strong enough to hold the light in place on the ceiling without a problem. I strongly recommend these lights.

Installed this light a week ago and so far so good. It is exceptionally bright and install was breeze with two screws and snap in clip mount. My only very (very) minor complaint is the switch has a slight curve on the bottom that made it a little difficult to mount with standard double sided tape on a flat surface. Not a deal breaker, but I did have to use some more aggressive DS tape. All in all, a good value, lightweight and super bright. The switch has a good tactile feel with a solid snapping sound.

Bought this light to replace an old style 2 tube flourescent shop light. Received this shipment very quickly. And I almost thought they wrong thing was shipped because it was so light weight. Packed very well to protect the light. Very simple to set up and install. And it seemed brighter than my 2 light set up. I am very happy with this. It also can be strung together with multiples of these lights. I like the feature that the cord comes with a switch attached even though I turn mine on my plugging in the cord just due to the way my little workshop outlet is set up. And for the price - seems like it can't be beat. I would recommend it.

After trying several options (mainly battery powered puck lights), this is exactly what my PC building/repair workshop needed. It lights up my entire desk and work area with a bright, pure white light (not the yellowish, warm light that most lights produce). Two things I wish were different, both involving the switch: I would have preferred the switch was a little further away from the light itself and closer to the plug. It's pretty much right in the middle of the cable, which is fine, just a personal preference. Also, I wish the switch was flat on the backside. It's got a slight contour to it, which makes mounting it with something like double-sided tape near impossible. Until I find a solution, it just hangs in the air, making it look very amateurish (is that a word? Haha). The lost star is mainly just for these two points, and this is purely an opinion factor. The light itself is great! I had it mounted to the ceiling within 10 minutes, and most of that was my OCD about the light being perfectly parallel to the wall, nothing to do with the brackets or light itself. That was all on me. If you are looking for an inexpensive lighting solution that won't look cheap, this is where your search ends!

These are simply AWESOME! I wanted more lighting in my unfinished basement as I run half of my business down there and didn’t want to spend hundreds to have an electrician out to add more lighting. Problem SOLVED! I bought 2 of these and simply stuck them with mounting tape to one of the metal I beams and WOW! They are very easy to install, super lightweight and far brightest than I expected. The light sprays nicely and covers a good area. I was worried that it was going to be more centralized but not the case! I took them one step further and got an Alexa-enabled smart plug so as soon as I come downstairs, I tell her to turn them on and voila! We are seriously considering purchasing 6-8 more to spread out around the basement because they are so nice. Great price! Highly recommend!

This works great, and for the price it really rivalled just getting a replacement tube for my flourescent, so I went ahead and bought it. This one is longer and thinner than what I had, and is very light weight. I can't speak to installation as I am using it just laying on it's back for a specialty purpose. It also came with the extra cable to chain another unit to it. Good design.

Perfect for the chicken coop, very easy to install, will look to pick up more to update lighting in the garage.

I bought this light for my newly built shop in my basement. It came in very well packaged, and nothing rattled around (a great fear of mine, having broken lights shipped). The lamp itself is very narrow, and surprisingly light. Installation was basically screwing in 2, 1-screw brackets and clipping it in. Took me about 5min to install. Be aware that the screws a "brittle" and it's very easy to strip one. The power cord is on the shorter side, so you'll likely need an extension cord. Once plugged in, it worked like a charm. The light is very bright, but not harsh. All in all a good purchase - I'll likely get a second one for another part of my basement.

The product is very good and bright but the cable is very short if you want to install it neat sealing of the room the cable is not very long.
