Hard to say if it actually has, but this product has coincided with an increase in energy on my part! I have made other lifestyle changes, roughly the same time, but I believe this stuff has at least helped reduce my fatigue levels and I no longer struggle so much to wake in the mornings.Easy to use, simply place on your tongue and let it melt away or chew it, the taste is actually very good, which makes a nice change for healthy products. Not much else to say really, the pot is of good quality and it appears to be a premium product. Obviously check with your GP if is suitable for you if you have any health issues.

My B12 was low and within 3months of my next bloodwork it was actually high so my dr said I can keep taken it but just take it every other day. It definitely did what it’s suppose to do and started feeling much better and more energy. This is a great product but make sure your dr is checking your b12.

El envase es de cristal por lo que ya se aprecia desde un primer momento la buena calidad.Los comprimidos tienen sabor a fresa y se deshacen muy rápidamente en la boca; el método adecuado para la toma es vía sublingual.En cuanto a la dosis, si bien el fabricante recomienda 1 comprimido diario, por su concentración (1.000 miligramos por cada uno) con hacer 3 tomas semanales sería más que suficiente para aportar toda la vitamina B12 que nuestro cuerpo necesita teniendo en cuenta que solamente la aportamos por esta vía.
