Love the mop it’s Perfect however I wish I should just buy the mop as being stupid I broke the mop head now it tears every time I use it

The mop is flimsy and doesn't fit together properly so it falls apart every time you go to pick it up the bucket has 2 holes in it and little bungs to stop leaks which is ridiculous! Who wants a bucket with holes in it?!? Not impressed at all especially for the price very cheaply made not sturdy definitely not suitable for cleaning just falls apart. Absolute waste of time and money!!

Leaves the floor clean and dry after a couple of passes and is really easy to drain off in the bucket. Really easy to compact and store in smaller spaces. Only think it would have benefit from is instructions to explain how to attach the mop heads as I found that confusing to start with

Easy to put together, would be easy to use but the clips don’t hold pad firm so it gets caught I didn’t notice one side the clips had a small break in it so that’s probably why I have seen and used better mops similar to this so was disappointed but I still use it daily just takes me longer than I need

This is an utterly amazing bucket, the dual chamber design is wonderful, and the lid has surfaces built in to scrub water, and to squeeze it into the dirty side, to help keep the two relatively isolated. It is without a doubt the coolest and most advanced bucket i've ever seen Unfortunately, the mop is not up to the same standard. The chief problem is that at the bottom, the cleaning pads are held on with some tension clips, but kept spread with velcro. Nothing wrong with velcro, but these velcro strips are attached to the plastic with GLUE. Glue on a mop! A combination of heat from hot water, and cleaning chemicals, softens the glue, and then the shearing action that is inevitable with using a mop simply tears it off. As a result, one of these velcro strips failed on the very first usage this would have been perfect if they just used four screws instead of glue. But as is, the mop is unfit for purpose. And since the two are specially designed to fit together exactly, i cant simply use a different mop with it. As a result i have to return the whole set RIP, almost-good mop

I’ve been using this now for a few weeks instead of my steam mop and I love it! Positives are, the way tue pads are made they clean away stubborn marks on the first mop so there is no need to soak them before hand. You can wet tue mop and then use the other side to takeaway the excess water so it’s perfect for laminate flooring. Tue only negative is that as said in other reviews, the handle does feel a little flimsy but this hasn’t effected the usage at all as you don’t need to be heavy handed to get great results. I highly recommend giving this a go, it’s a great purchase!

Don't buy this! It's incredibly difficult to use and you'll regret it. The mop sink is too large to even reach the mop. The drain drain is also too large, so the entire mop falls out if you're not careful, and retrieving it requires skill. The handle is flimsy and wobbles constantly, threatening to break at any moment. The included mop is quite flimsy, drying up after just a few mops, requiring multiple trips back and forth to wet it. As always, there are so many issues; you get what you pay for.
