Great timing, Vallerret Ipsoot
I’ve just returned from a photo shoot in Camden, Maine in nine degree weather. Apparently, Norwegians know about such things because their gloves did the job perfectly. I was photographing near the rapidly flowing Megunticook river. I changed lenses, operated a circular polarizing filter, added a neutral density filter, fiddled and faddled with camera buttons and tripod legs, and the gloves kept my hands warm and dextrous throughout the shoot. The upshot is that I can’t fault the gloves for functionality. Mind you, I didn’t try opening pistachio nuts, nor did I perform eye surgery with them on; but, for doing photography with warm hands, they fulfilled their destiny. When ordering, I measured my hand according to the chart provided. At first try-on, the gloves felt tight, and I feared I had mis-ordered. I soon changed my mind because the snug fit of the glove provides important dexterity. Be sure to measure from your wrist to tip of your middle finger accurately. That’s the critical measurement. To finish (perhaps I should say, “Norwegian”) these gloves are honestly represented in their description, and I have recommended them to two other photographers in my group. Don’t hesitate. Buy these.

Newly Retired Dad - New Photog Geek
Dad loves these. Got these for him for Christmas since his new retired hibby is Photography. He had everything else he could need but I noticed it was getting cold in Hilton Head during Thabksgiving when he had these bulky gloves he would be fumbling with to take pictures of wildlife. He loves these!! He can grab his camera faster now for more impromptu shots. Plus keep the rest of his hands warm. Great buy! Plus after researching all of Amazon, these were the best quality and not cheap looking knockoff gloves.

Love ‘Em So Much, I Bought ‘Em Twice...
These are absolutely amazing gloves. I have small hands and I find it hard to find gloves of any sort in an XS size, and the Ipsoot XS fit my hands perfectly. I live in Northern Vermont and have used these in below-zero snowy weather at home as well as in places like Canada and Iceland, and never had to stop shooting because my hands were too cold.I sadly lost my first pair at a cafe in Vienna, but I loved them so much I bought another pair. I hope I never lose this new pair, but if I do, I’d likely buy yet another. They’re THAT good.

The Fit is Weird
I measured carefully and got the right size, but the glove fits weirdly. The index finger "flap" does not seem to fold all the way into a proper position when closed (it feels like it stays partly open, causing the tip of my finger to not reach the end). It feels as if it might come open when I don't want it to, especially if I am using the finger to grab at something. I wish they had used magnets to hold it closed as well as open. Also, the base of the glove at the wrist feels too short, and the tags just inside the wrist are scratchy. Again, I measured carefully and most other gloves fit me well. For this price I feel like this glove should fit better. Like...a glove. Probably going to return them.

Sizing chart is completely off, gloves aren't warm
I bought these gloves for winter landscape / cityscape photography in New England. The first thing to note is that the sizing chart listed here, as others have mentioned, is way off. It sized me as a Medium, I decided to go with Large based on other reviews, and even they were too small. XL was the right size for me.But worst is that these are just not warm at all. I went out with them three times in temperatures hovering around freezing, and after an hour my hands were painfully cold. This is with liners and glove warmers. Also, the first time I went out with them it was snowing, and the gloves were soaked through by the end of a 90 minute session. It was not overly wet snow, nor was I touching it, this was just from the snowfall.I waited too long to return these, but I'm going to have to find a different pair for next year.

You might want to read more reviews...
They DO fit. Tight, but they fit. Sort of. The finger tips that open up don't give you the clearance you would really like to have to use buttons on a camera in the cold. I will keep these in the hope that the gloves stretch a bit in time so they don't feel like surgical gloves.... I won't buy these again.

Toasty!
I bought these for my daughter who is a photographer and will be spending the winter in Idaho. She has been there for a month so far and said these gloves are a lifesaver! They keep her hands warm and make it very easy to access her camera buttons.

Nice gloves.
Very warm in 20 degree weather. Took a few minutes to get the feel of them, but all good.

The gloves are very tight and not the same size as the Markhof Pro Model
I purchased those gloves in the same XXL size as the Markhof Pro Model. It turned out that both gloves are very different in size even they are labeled the same XXL size. The Ipsoot seem more like an L/XL size instead of XXL. The overall fit is tight and stiff compared to the Markhof Pro. The quality of the gloves itself looks good but that doesn't help when they don't fit. And there is no XXXL size available. Also I had to pay for the shipping both ways which actually is against the Amazon guidelines. I reported this to Amazon and would encourage everyone to do the same. They confirmed that the marketplace seller has to cover the cost for the return shipping and not the customer.
