The product is as described. It is true to size. Some parts are metal and some are wood. Some of the screws and board wears out. The alignment is a little off. The screw keeps on spinning and do not get tight. One of the items screw also got dislodged. They also provided extra screws and supplies. All the parts are labelled alphabetically . It was easy to assemble. The instructions were very clear. It came with two instructions depending on where you want the L to start

This desk is great! It fits the space I need it for and fits quite a bit on it. The shelves are well made and hold up. It is a nice touch to have things hanging from the side. It is spacious, especially if you're a minimalist. I'm not, so I will be buying additional stackable shelves to give me some more room.The instructions suggest two people build it, and I will say that two people are definitely needed. I built this with my brother, and we quickly noticed that unless one person is pushing the boards to where they are supposed to go, there will be gaps and holes will not align. My brother and I had to redo some boards since one of us needed to push and hold them while the other worked on screwing in the nails with the Allen wrenches provided. The boards have extra holes all around the board on one side, so there's no wrong way to put the screws. Either way is fine.My only pet peeve with this desk is that the monitor mount that goes on top of the table is not screwed in like I thought it would be. It is held in place by rubber circles on the underside of the legs (see pictures), and while this has worked out fine, I simply would prefer the mount's legs to be held in place by screws just for added safety.I hoped to add drawers that go under the desk or a board that slides out, but the support bars are in the way, so if you're hoping to do that, I'd suggest going with another desk.Overall, it's a great, sturdy desk. I really recommend it. It's given my room a whole other vibe :)

Came quick! Measurements were on point. Fulfills it’s purpose BUT they claim that the shelves are reversible… I followed the directions to place the shelves on the left… they still ended up on the right… so I went back to the right shelf directions and they were exactly the same as the left shelf instructions…I’m sure it is reversible bc I noticed different hole patterns on parts A, B, and J… however I could not for the life of me figure out how to put the shelves on the left.I gave up. Lol. The shelves are on the right. Desk is sturdy, my daughter loves it. That’s all that matters! A 7 year old doesn’t care about feng shui right?!
