I purchased this adjustable LED lamp from Amazon about 8 weeks ago. I wanted to use it before writing this review. I purchased the Black non-cct version with the clamp. This is the Best desk lamp I have ever owned. It has 4 different brightness settings. The LED lighting is soft on your eyes, but plenty strong enough to easily illuminate whatever you need it to. It’s extremely adjustable, made of quality materials and looks very sharp! The clamp is very strong and easy to attach to the side of the desk. And you can’t beat the LED lights for quality and very long life! I highly recommend this Desk/table lamp! I wish I had bought it years ago! You will love it! James T, Fl

I balked at the price at first. WORTH IT. Very high quality. Not rickety at all. Nice wide range from low to bright. Good shades of blue, white and amber. Although I do wish the white was a touch whiter. I like the one-button approach: power, color switching, hold for brightness setting, double tap to turn off. Only other complaint, more of a feature request: please make the button single purpose for dimming: like, left side for dim, right side for bright, and stay at the brightest/lowest setting when reached. As it is, you have to time it just right to stay on the max or lowest setting by holding down the power switch on either side. Very hard to time it just right because your eyes are adjusting of course. But I do love this thing and am going to order another one! Thanks for making a high-quality product. I am using it as a watchmaker's lamp and it's working great for that.

I have used a halogen architect light at my jigsaw puzzle for years, but the plastic post that fits into the table clamp decided to break. So I looked for a replacement and decided to give this one a try. I think that it almost is perfect. I like the fact that the post that fits into the table clamp is metal instead of plastic, so I shouldn't have the problem that killed the last light. The arms and spring assemblies are very well designed and the light stays in whatever position I put it in without a problem. The light head moves independently of the arm, increasing the flexibility of proper aiming of the light. And you don't have to turn screws or clamps or anything to make it stay in place. You can use one hand to quickly adjust it into whatever position you want. You can click the on/off switch slowly (once a second or so) to change the light levels, and there are 5 levels instead of the prior light's two levels. So that's all of the good stuff, which is impressive. The main thing that I think would make this light even better is that like other LED lights it is what I consider to be a somewhat harsh bright white light. It would be nice if there was some way to control the light temperature to make it less white and more yellow, if desired. Sure, the light color is perfect some of the time (and I suspect perfect for architects). But sometimes I wish I could soften the color a bit so that it would be easier on my eyes. If they had a button with that option this light would be perfect, in my opinion. The other thing is that the advertisements and product description that came with the light said that it "remembers" the prior light setting when you turn it off and returns to it when you turn it back on. But there was nothing in the documentation that I remember reading (I only quickly read it once) that described how to make this "memory" happen. So every time I turned off the light I click-click-clicked through all of the various light levels, and when I turned it back on it came back at full strength. One time when I was in a hurry, I pressed the on/off button quickly, thinking that I could get through the turn off process quickly. But I found that two quick presses of the on/off button is the process that turns off the light and saves the last illumination level. It would be nice to have read that in the documentation. Now you know that trick too. So if you are looking for a very flexible, sturdy light, and don't mind the light temperature that this one uses, I would highly recommend this one to you.

Very good lamp. Stays where you put it, which is very important with these kinds of lamps. Only thing I don't like and I'm taking off one star is that when you have lamps with dimmable light there really should be two buttons. One for turning it off and on and another for selecting how bright the light is. I like that it saves the last dimming setting but having to double click the power button to turn it off so that you don't accidentally change to the next dimming level - or you'll have to hit it 5 times every time you turn it off - is pretty silly. Just give us one dedicated power on/off button and one for dimming and it's a solid five stars.

Wow Wow wow!!!!! Bought many lights sent a lot of lights back. But this one is amazing! Very well built . Nice clamp on for light won’t have to worry about this falling over. The paint finish is top notch. Super bright with different settings. Easy to use, nice push button. Lights up a nice area!!! Easy to maneuver where you need the light to shine. They made a top notch product!! Highly recommend!!!!!

I love this desk light. It has multiple brightness levels so I can adjust it depending on the time of day or how detailed the work is. I do nails and the lighting is super important. This one really makes everything look clear and sharp. You can also adjust the height which makes it super convenient for different setups. Definitely a great buy if you’re a nail tech or do any kind of close-up work.
