Does the job This 13.2V 2.82A charger is a spot-on replacement for my original power brick (same fit, same voltage, same connector). Plugged it in and my device fired right up, no error lights, no overheating, charges at the exact same speed as the OEM. Cable length is generous and the build feels solid. It’s not exciting, but that’s the point: it just works reliably and costs half what the brand-name one does. Zero complaints, would buy again in a heartbeat if I need another.

What do I do now? Where am I? I can't get a refund. I've lost my money. Completely disappointed, even though it seemed to be of good quality.

Does not fit Mavic Air 2 battery
Not sure if this is false advertising or a factory defect, either way the charger does not fit into the battery. It looks like it would but the slanted angle is on the wrong side of the charger so it doesn’t actually fit into the battery
