Quality strong metal product that cuts well
I have only used this briefly so far as not ready to use it for my main purpose of cutting photos to put into an album yet as intended. I can tell you some things about the product. It is of a good design and easy to use and seems to cut well and accurately. The size is adequate for most uses. It serves the intended functionality of cutting whatever you wish to cut. The quality is excellent as made of metal. The blade seems of good quality. The product is not that lightweight due to the metal construction but not that heavy either. I will give more details of the accuracy of cutting when I update this review after using it for a long period after my photo cutting project. I thought I would start the review as I have had the product quite a while.

Very good guillotine.
I was hesitant to get this after reading some of the problems but it is mostly fantastic. The size guides printed on it are within 1/4mm of correct sizes, just good enough for me. If you need different, do test cuts/prints to see how it works for you and tape a little note on it with any adjustments needed. The cut is very clean with normal + photo paper and 300gsm card. I only cut with 1 sheet depth though, I dont mind spending a little extra time to keep it in best working order. As the blade is already under tension to push it toward the cutting edge there is only a need for downward pressure, nothing more. When trimming the edge of a photo it can be difficult to line up precisely where the cut will happen, thats the only minor difficulty. I use a paper offcut to test first to get the measure. My cuts are performed all the way down in a single semi swift action, firmly pushing on the plastic leaf over the paper to prevent it moving. Be VERY careful of you fingers when doing this !!Because the blade is self sharpening its very important to always do a full cut sweep action to the bottom, no matter how small the paper being cut. Otherwise the blade will develop ridges and become useless on bigger paper.I'm very happy with the cut quality and expect this to continue. If there are issues I'll come back and report.Worth 5 stars easily atm.

Good
Sturdy product, excellent quality, but does not cut aload of papers , it cuts it quite slanted. It's great for cuttingIndividual card or paper , but very thick paper it will cut it slanted . You have to hold the divider down so it doesn't cut the paper slanted. Its not a bad product , I have kept it as it cuts single paper fine.

It's sharp, it cuts paper...
Does exactly what you'd expect. It's sharp, cuts paper, the measurements are accurate and it's sturdy.

I've had this guillotine for nearly a year now...
I thought I would wait a while before reviewing, so I can give an accurate description of the longevity of this purchase.-CONS-First of all - Some of the measurements are inaccurate; the pre-defined measurements for different paper sizes do not reflect the actual measurements on the rulers, so my advice is to use the rulers instead. You can cut multiple sheets of lightweight paper at a time (probably only 5/6), but cutting 300gsm card is a nightmare as you need to cut one sheet at a time to avoid feathering. The blade needs to be tightened periodically to execute a straight cut. This only takes seconds with an Allen Key, but you can risk cutting multiple sheets at a slight angle before you notice this needs to be done. One year on... I can no longer cut 300gsm card without feathering. The blade has been sharpened multiple times, but now I've had to resort to neatening the edges with a precision knife... which is not ideal when cutting hundreds of sheets a day.-PROS-It's very easy to use, once you get a hang of the pressure and swiftness of each cut; it's a breeze. It's perfect as a tabletop cutter, it's not heavy at all and easy to store when not in use.-IN CONCLUSION-This is a great cutter for light work, but I wouldn't recommend this purchase for anything commercial, or heavy use. It's not good for card stock above 250gsm, or exact precision. It needs a lot of attention in regards to tightening, sharpening and oiling to keep things running smoothly. It's lasted around a year (as I'm struggling to find a replacement blade), and even during this time, it wasn't perfect. I've wasted A LOT of paper & card due to crumpling, folding and feathering; so I'm in the process of looking for something more industrial.

High Quality Item
Purchased for my craft business - sharp, sturdy and efficient. I use to cut 300gsm card and cuts with ease! Ideal product for my needs, easy to use. Only negative is that it is quite heavy although this a reflection on the quality of the product.

Not the best in my opinion 🤔
This machine is ok but it occasionally snags which could be disastrous if its something valuable your cutting. I tend to only cut no more than 1 to 5 sheets at a time depending on the papers thickness (From light weight card to printer paper)If there was a better version on the market I would have returned this but I think there are all much the same.
