Exceeded my expectations. The box was compact and heavy because the components are genuinely sturdy—not because it was full of unnecessary packaging. Everything arrived unmarred and in perfect condition. Assembly was surprisingly easy, and once assembled I could move and position the unit myself. It feels substantial, holds a tremendous amount, and made excellent use of my closet space. Packaging cleanup was basically one cardboard box. I’m pleased enough that I’ll likely order another.

I asked for one of these for Christmas because my 1970s ranch-style closets are small and basically just have a thick wooden dowel for hanging clothes—no shelves, no structure. This organizer made a huge difference in maximizing space and improving organization. I loved it so much, I immediately bought a second one for the spare bedroom and plan to get two more for the linen and coat closets! It’s a very affordable, no-fuss alternative to expensive or time-consuming DIY modular closet systems. Easy to install, super functional, and a total game-changer for older or smaller closets. (One important tip: be sure to measure your space carefully and assemble it inside the closet—once it’s put together, it likely won’t fit through the door!)

Solid rack, feels sturdy, height of shelving is fully customizable to accommodate multiple types of storage. Comes with all hardware including anti-tip and adjustable feet for balancing/stabilizing. Dimensions are exactly as described. I have it fully loaded with a good amount of weight on both the shelving and the hanger racks and there's no sag or bow to it. I bought this to replace a thin chinesium pot metal and plastic rack I had for about 8 months that promptly broke. This is real steel, not that thin crap everything else an Amazon is made from. Solid buy!

This is a great rack because it holds quite a bit, it seems sturdy, and it looks nice. Putting it together wasn’t too bad, it’s packaged nicely with zip ties holding all the pieces in place. However, two of my shelves were bent, one of them was so bad it went in the trash. I used the second bent shelf. This rack is perfect for what I needed it for.

I like it! It’s not heavy duty but it’s strong enough to hold clothes, luggage and anything else that you would put in an average bedroom closet. Looks organized and easy to assemble.

Was extremely impressed with the quality and sturdiness of the unit! Was pretty easy to assemble. It holds a lot of stuff. Wish on the website there was a way to click on with cover or without. I would have bought the covered one. But I came up with a way to cover everything. Am installing a flexible ceiling mount drapery rod that will wrap around it. Then hanging matching draperies as my windows to hide everything. The drapes will be on rollers so easy to open and close floor to ceiling concealment. Which will keep everything dust free! One thing I think could be better. They give you wall protectors for the top. I used stick on furniture leg protectors to prevent wall/paint damage! The adjustable feet could be larger with longer threaded posts. For easier adjustment and a sturdier outcome. I used rubber wedges for a more solid outcome. My floors are less than level. Other than that perfect! You won’t be disappointed with these units! Very strong, excellent welds at the seams and joints. The price for what you get is very fair, for the quality and strength of the rack! Just start assembly at the bottom and build as you go up. The directions are a little misleading. I will try and do pics or a video later. As of right now, I am still getting my place situated. It is a little too messy for pics or video right now. But you can trust that this rack is an excellent choice if you need more space for clothes, linen, shoes, etc. It can handle it!

great item, easy to assemble

Absolutely love how this has transformed my storage and opened up so much room vs the old shelf and rod I had. Not sure why I waited so long. Very easy to assemble and adjust to my needs.

Good product as described

Lo compré después de haber visto el video que compartieron y porque quería deshacerme de otro armario que tenía más económico y poco resistente. Este es metal muy resistente, el acabado es de buena calidad y viene bien empaquetado. Satisfecho 100%, llegó 1 día después del estimado pero era importado así que se entiende. Pueden ver video de cómo ensamblar, pero es muy sencillo.
