A quality made product.
Love this walker. Sorry I can't comment on how this handles on grass because I use it only on smooth surfaces. I used a walker a friend had & the Elenker had it beat. Walkes without the wheel chatter & the construction it very good. Easy to handle. I like the backrest, it is detachable and makes it great to sit at a table without the handles in your way. I use the walker as a chair if I go to a diner. The seat is very comfortable. If you have a problem getting up from a chair without armrests, this walker may be helpful for you. This walker is extremely easy to assemble. I had no problem putting it together in 20 minutes. Well made walker at a fair price, I would recommend this walker.

Well made, arrived in good shape .
Have had a very good rollator for several years. Have been using it frequently lately, retired from horse farm when mobility and balance became a problem at 79. So now I use one to putter and walk my dogs in my yard (1 1/2 acre). It has 8” wheels, has an 18” solid seat. This new one came today. Box in good shape, came a day early. My teenage grandson came over from next door, unpacked it, put it together in a jiffy. Lowered the seat easily. Why this one? 10” wheels, the little places to put your foot and easily lift the front for curbs or a big bump, a cane holder, a small cup holder. Big difference are the wheels and braking. Coming down a slope with my first one was a bit attention getting with the smooth wheels (I am sure I am going where most people wouldn’t take theirs). These big wheels not only roll easily over undulating ground, grass etc.,but the wheels have a surface that the brakes clamp onto and they STOP. The seat is padded, 14” wide. My old one is 18” wide. The back rest is wide and supportive, old one single bar heavily padded and completely comfy. Old one has an underseat steel basket which must be removed to fold up the rollator, works fine to put mail in, small garden tools, flashlight, bug spray, garden gloves, etc. the new one has a larger soft bag which doesn’t have to be removed when folding. Already walked my dogs and made the trek to my mailbox. Was great and no problem coming back down the slope on grass. Brakes work! When I reached the sidewalk in front of the house which I had to lift my old rollator up onto it, the new one stopped and one easy step on the ‘curb lifter’ and I was instantly on my way. As far as the difference in the seat size, both perfectly comfortable for extended sitting. Am not a skinny senior, female, 5’6”, 200 lbs. pushing 80 yrs. The Elenker seems to be noticeably lighter though both solidly built. I think they list it at 18.5 lbs. The only thing I need to do is even up the brakes, left a bit tighter than the right. And here’s the real shocker-it came with an instruction booklet, with clear pictures and instructions! Including how to adjust the brakes. It looks as well made as my old one, so am hopeful it will hold up as well. Definite five star, am very pleased!

Sturdy, solid and super easy to maneuver
I recently got hurt and needed a walker to get around. Living in the countryside with a barn and animals to care for, the walkers for indoor or paved surfaces just didn’t cut it. After a bunch of research I decided on the Elenker All Terrain rollator. It arrived very quickly which was a blessing in itself. Putting it together was quick and easy, less than 10 minutes. The instructions are very clear and each section of the rollator has stickers that show left and right and a number to identify it. It all just snaps together into a great adjustable frame. As another reviewer said somewhere, it took longer to get the packing off than assembling it. I am somewhat technically inclined but it really was easy. Here are the things I like best: - The breaks needed no adjustment but the functionality exist if needed. Safety first - the lengths of the bottom part of the frame and the upper handle portion can be adjusted separately. That was incredibly helpful because I was able to keep the seat high while accommodating not being able to straighten my back (I’m 5 ft 11) and adjusting that without any tools as I got better. - the tires are awesome! Just big enough to allow getting easily over lose gravel and uneven spots and small enough for super easy turning on the spot. They have ridges that the breaks grab into for secure stopping. No air to pump but they feel like pumped up tires, not the rigid hard plastic wheels on other walkers. - yes, you can turn 360 on the spot without having to lift it up in any way! - the breaks work very well (see ridges in tires). The extra ability to just push the break handles down for secure locking in place is super helpful in so many ways like sitting for a rest or using the rollator to get back up from sitting low or getting things off the floor - having storage under the seat comes in darn handy as well. It even has a small zippered compartment for secure storage keys or money - little ridges just above the rear wheels. Step on one and go effortlessly up curbs, even high ones - very easy to just pull up a handle and fold it to about 1/3 of its width. Note that the storage box folds up as well and things you got in there might fall out when the walker is loaded into a vehicle. - it’s not super lightweight but I was easily able to lift and put it into the extended cab backseat of my truck (see also below). It weighs about 18 pounds. - and last but absolutely not least: the seat and the backrest! They are incredibly comfortable. When I zipped around at work I had folks try it and everyone was amazed about the comfort of the backrest. That also came in very handy for clipping on a flashlight to go to my barn in the dark. The one thing that bugged me was that there is no locking mechanism to keep it folded up. It can get awkward when it starts to unfold while you’re in the middle of putting it in a backseat of a vehicle. But that was easy to remedy by just using a small bungee cord to wrap around the legs after folding. Problem solved. Did I mention it’s handy to have the storage? It’s perfect to keep a bungee cord in there 😀. Overall, I have to say I don’t know how I could have made it through my injury recovery on my own without this gem. It wasn’t very expensive, worth ever penny, but I could see myself using it longer term if needed. It certainly is sturdy enough. For now it’s folded up in my guest bedroom but a very comforting presence in case I get hurt even a little bit or if my sciatica flares up. Getting older is no fun. Having tools like this rollator makes it a lot easier.

Slides with brakes on
This is an awesome rollator! I am 59 and have Secondary Progressive MS. So I need a sturdy rollator that I can use indoors & outdoors. First the con: when brakes are on the rollator doesn’t stay in place if you lean to much/hard on the handles. My husband tightened the rear brakes but that didn’t make a difference. It’s tough for me to lightly hold onto the handles with the brakes on - when I have the brakes on when standing still in a check out line in a store, I tend to hold on tight but evidently put too much of my upper body strength into it and it slides forward. That’s just one example. So I have to be constantly alert to that problem. Pros: Looks good, sturdy going over uneven & even terrain. I haven’t tried it in my house because I have a U-Step rollator walker in home. Anyhow, the seat is comfortable as is the sling/back rest. The store is definitely spacious which is so helpful. And it looks good!! Oh, my husband put it together and it was easy for him. The cup holder was too small for my tumbler so my husband put a bigger cup holder on. Also the cane holder is a great thing to have but my cane has a 3 pronged bottom and it won’t fit in the cane holder. Oh I am 5’ 2” and 159 lbs. I have my setting on next to lowest. I don’t stoop over when I use this rollator. My feet don’t touch the floor at this setting but I’m ok with that plus I can always lower it!

My Favorite Rollator Takes Me Everywhere I Want To Go
UPDATED REVIEW: My new Elenker All Terrain Rollator Walker is very well made, comfortable for my 6'2", 205 pound frame and easy to fold and store in a pickup truck or rear loading SUV. It arrived very well packaged. Assembly instructions were clear and no tools were needed except for making minor adjustment to the brakes. It rolls well on packed gravel trails, across grass, is easy to climb up on sidewalks, and is quite stable when out for a walk. The handle bar grips are almost as high as a supermarket cart. Makes it easy to walk in an upright position. I use this rollator on hiking trails, shopping in large stores and malls, doctor and therapy visits, eating out, listening to live music and the list goes on. The unit arrived missing the drink holder. After doing a little research, I was able to locate an address and contact information for Elenker Customer Service. They firm was responsive to my request and made delvery of the missing drink holder at no charge to me. This unit should last me a long time. The weldments demonstrate either expert human welders or robotic welding equipment. The wheels (ten inch dia all around) provide a cushy, vibration free walk on crushed granite trails and chip sealed roads. It goes up and down six inch curbs easily. The paintwork is first rate. Hand grips are ergonomic and relaxing. Brake and height adjustment are easy. The customer service staff at Elenker were courteous and helpful. I wish this firm every success. If I have one suggestion, it would be to make their service phone lines and email system more responsive.

This thing goes anywhere, is great for almost any height and is super simple to assemble
Bottom line: If you or someone you love needs a walker, get this one. My father recently came out of the hospital and needed some extra support while he recovers. He's 6'1" and 180 lbs so it had to be adjustable, strong and easy to use. It came with excellent very clear instructions and went together in about 4 minutes, it's all marked very well and would be hard to mess that part up. Features: Solid wheels so never worry about tire pressure or flats. They are also the largest tires I've seen so it goes anywhere. We have a gravel driveway, lumpy grass and some uneven floors in the barn. Absolutely no issue on any surface. The front wheels also have reflectors if you're traveling outside in the dark. Brakes: Super easy to "slow roll" by squeezing the handle and unless you push really hard it will pretty much stop. Click down to hit the brakes full on - that's not really intuitive but fine once you learn. The slow roll is wonderful for going down an incline. One needed just a tweak and it was super convenient. The brake hits the top of the wheel so there isn't much to go wrong here Seat: Really nice padded seat with a high back that won't let you flip out the back. I was sitting in it recently and was impressed. The seat height would be automatically adjusted when you assemble it to match your height. Under seat storage for keeping your snacks, keys, papers or whatever. He also uses the seat for packages instead of carrying them. Nice bonus. Other: Cup holder in placed well, cane holder is neat and works easily, easy to fold up by grabbing the under seat handle and it folds in half. I would not call it compact by any means but I have a truck. You could always collapse the legs or bars if needed. Just a click button away on each leg. The grips are excellent with a neat 'thumb" extension so you can hold it in many different ways, but a normal hold is comfortable. It's easy to push, easy to steer and goes over carpet edges, floor edges etc without issue. Other folks have these general style of walkers but this thing is so much better than the ones I've seen so far. I like a lot of things I purchase, but this is over the top excellent. Totally exceeded my expectations.

Great quality and sturdiness
I’m a physical therapist and this was the walker I chose for my mom. She had one previously that had smaller wheels and lighter weight, but she needed something heavier as her balance started to decline. The size was perfect for her. With the bigger wheels it was a little more difficult to maneuver in smaller spaces, but she got used to it and it fits in most areas that her smaller walker did. The bigger wheels make it more maneuverable over grass and gravel surfaces. It was easy to assemble by me and light weight enough for me to put it in my SUV, but she would have difficulty with this. Also, it’s bigger than most 4 wheeled walkers, so I’m not sure how well it would fit in smaller cars/trunks. It’s been a very functional and safe walker for her. The seat is comfortable and she loves having the baskets to carry stuff in. The one thing I don’t like is the large logo on the front, seems like they didn’t need to make that so big. It makes the walker look like a big advertisement for the company (but that’s just my opinion)
