This has been very helpful in avoiding symptoms of my fructose intolerance. It does take some time and experimenting to determine how much needs to be taken for various foods. It’s also important to take it a few minutes before eating a meal. It’s a bit expensive, but worth the money for those who suffer like I do!

It definitely works for my fructose malabsorption. Maybe mine is more sensitive than others, because 4 pills isn't enough for a serving of something sweet and sugary. I need way more than 4 pills to avoid stomach issues or gas after eating a treat. I like my coffee with a lot of sugar every morning and that alone takes 4. so I can easily go through one bottle in like one week. Which makes this VERY expensive for me. :( Hard for me to afford to enjoy food. This could definitely be cheaper. At the same time, it's totally worth it if you only indulge on occasion because IT WORKS!

An absolute godsend. I've been having digestive issues for years and couldn't quite figure out what was causing it. I would have stomach "attacks" that would trigger my vagus nerve, resulting in extreme pain and fainting. Doctors couldn't figure it out and had nothing to offer me except to try low FODMAPS.I started suspecting a fructan connection to all my trigger foods, so I tried this on a whim. It has CHANGED my life!! I used to have the horrible stomach pain weekly, which would require Pepto Bismol to fix. Since I started this, I haven't had any need for Pepto. Thank you so much for developing this life changing enzyme!!! I will always keep this stocked!

My son takes four capsules *after* every meal and no more symptoms. The bad taste in his mouth after having fruit/fructose is gone. Yes it's expensive but totally worth the improvement in what he can eat and how he feels afterwards.

I was not able to completely make out the items in the list of “Other Ingredients” and purchased it anyway because I was desperate for relief. After opening the Amazon box I see that Trehalose is listed as an ingredient, which I have never seen in anything else. Glad I looked because Trehalose is in mushrooms and sometimes the body not being able to digest the sugars in mushrooms is what my doc said could be the reason for my intolerance. Why would they put something in a supplement for intolerance to a type of sugar? I know fructose and Trehalose are not the same molecular makeup, but many people, like me, are intolerant to multiple different type of sugars. Buyer beware, if you are intolerant to more than just fructose don’t buy this, especially since they won’t allow returns.

I really think this is helping me deal with garlic and onion in foods. I don't dare just go eat a basket of onion rings, but for some with onion powder in the seasoning it doesn't bother me as much now. For people with crappy fructose intolerance I think it's worth the cost.
