Awesome quality camera and overall build
Impressed is not a big enough word for the quality I received with this camera! Let's start with the biggest features that blew me away: the actual Optical zoom! I have been burned so many times on camera models claiming to have autofocus and optical zoom that supports several meters away but this PTZ camera actually, finally delivered on that claim! The zoom is not staggered and obvious as it is with similar models, or even more expensive ones for that matter. It is a gentle sort of push and pull rather than jagged, jumpy zooming in and out. The autofocus is commendable, too, allowing for quickly adjusting two important areas of focus on the fly. The build: strong and feels like it will last for years to come. I love that this can be mounted as well as I initially got this for my studio setup to record demonstration videos for art tutorials and crafts work. The ability to use autofocus features and have an incredibly accurate and powerful lens allows for you to show subtle details and not lose quality while zooming in, crucial for live streaming and showing off instructions clearly to my audience. There are included wall mounts, though I feel they would work best in drywall and maybe would but do invest in concrete screws for anything tougher than that. There is hardly any noise when this camera is in use whether it is adjusting, turning or simply switching modes. There are so many features to go through, but I think it's best if you try it out for yourself and explore yourself to get the real idea. Another great feature that I am glad is included is the ability to set points of interest for the camera to automatically switch to. Basically, you can have predetermined areas for your camera to adjust to on its own by setting them beforehand and simply clicking it designated button, either on your keyboard or via the remote control. Similar to how newscaster switch between cameras, though there is a panning of the camera instead of an instantaneous switch. This gives a much greater control when having meetings or large gatherings like Skype calls with family all over and you want to focus on certain individuals when they're speaking and take away from the distractions in the background. I've seen several reviews use this in churches and other similar type events and I can see how this would be just an ideal use for that instead of having to shell out thousands for a bulky, traditional video camcorder. This combines so many innovative concepts into a compact, affordable, intuitive package that can be mounted or simply moved around at will, allowing for livestreaming, standard recording and so much more within such a small package!

Excellent Product for Live Streaming.
Excellent product, very good image quality and zoom. The user interface is very user-friendly, and the remote control is a great bonus for remote operation. I plan to buy two more since it allows me to connect them via NDI and avoid using long HDMI cables.

Crisp Picture Quality
Overall camera quality is great. This was actually more powerful than the application it was needed for. Picture is crisp and the powerful zoom picks up small details. Speed is excellent, no lag. Versatile mounting options and the included remote control (which is really good) help boost the convenience and functionality. Quick-Start guide and user manual are very helpful for getting it set up and using it as soon as it's received.

Great Picture Quality Even in Lower Light
In my church service, we have an older lighting system which leaves the stage area darker than I prefer. Previously, I was using a DSLR camera with a long lens to record the sermons with the distance from camera to pulpit being about 75 feet. The Sony DSLR was clear and had good colors, but if I moved my arms at all, it had a ton of image blur. This PTZ camera completely solved that issue and in our first week, without tweaking the colors at all (which I need to do), all the image blur went away. The image with this review shows the output to youtube we created without messing with any features. Like I said, the camera was 75 feet back from me with enough additional zoom that it could have captured just my elbows to above my head if we wanted that tight of a shot. The camera was easy to setup. My 4 year old Windows10 PC picked it up right away using the included USB cord. We mounted the camera upside down on the back wall and with a single button on the remote control, it flipped the image properly. The remote is easy to use and allows a lot of pan/tilt movement, and it auto focuses really well. I was at a church that bought a PTZ camera 4 years ago for $2000. This one is better than that one, for 1/6th the price. These have come a LONG way and now every church should stop limping along with old cameras (like I was doing) and get one of these. I can't speak to reliability, but first impression - this is well worth the tiny price!

Good , but could be a bit better
Once you first unbox this camera, the functionality of it is great. The size is not too big, it supports HDMI, LAN and USB (not wireless via USB antenna) The product claims it is โPOEโ but it isnโt. I found out the hard way, the only downside of this camera after some time is the response. It may be due to network but the camera can get laggy. Sometimes sucks at responding, but if youโre not moving much I recommend this camera, otherwise invest in the Joystick! It is NOT waterproof, and the design is very nice! Good movement when you move around the camera. It supports 1080p 60fps and the camera quality is actually really good. I like this product ๐

Trustworthy Brand!
Nowadays, we can all tell from our personal experience that companies often deliver good products, but their after-sales service is really bad. Once a product is sold, they are least concerned about the end user and the issues they may face after purchase. My experience with Tenveo completely changed that perception. I genuinely did not expect support at this level! I got to see firsthand how much effort their support team was willing to put in to actually solve my problem. Based on my experience, I would say they really do stand behind their customers. For context, I live in India and decided to purchase a Tenveo PTZ camera after extensive research. Since Tenveo does not officially operate in India, I purchased the VHD20H4KN through Amazon USA and had it brought here. I knew it was a bit of a risk, especially regarding support, but I decided to go ahead and hope that I wouldn't run into any issues. Unfortunately, things did not go as planned. While setting up the camera for the first time, everything worked perfectly. On exploring every single setting, I tested the reset option as well and for some reason, the camera stopped functioning properly. I tried every troubleshooting method I knew, but nothing worked. I assumed the camera was done and honestly thought there would be no support available, especially outside the USA and even if it were to be available, it might take a long time to get a solution. Out of desperation, I searched online for support contacts and emailed multiple addresses until I was eventually directed to the correct team. To my surprise, they responded very quickly and arranged a remote session after a brief verification process. What impressed me most was how proactive they were. A technician connected remotely and spent nearly two hours troubleshooting the issue โ outside their working hours, which I later realized was very late at night for them. They eventually resolved the problem, which turned out to be a software issue. Later, I also faced an issue with the NDI|HX setup, and they fixed that as well through another quick remote session. While testing the camera further, I tried configuring it for my intended use case: 1080p60 over NDI. However, I could not find any 60fps option. Since the product specifications mentioned 1080 over NDI and the camera itself supported up to 4K30, I had assumed it would support 1080p60 over NDI as well. On checking with Tenveo, they said that my camera supports different output resolution depending on connection method: 4K30 over USB, HDMI and only 1080p30 over NDI. But their product page says 4k over USB, HDMI and 1080 over NDI. So, I had assumed that this device supports 1080p60 as well over NDI as this is a camera capable of 4k30. So, I checked with them again, since the camera is capable of 4k30 and NDI at protocol-level supports 1080p60, must be something in software, or there must be some software-update that can fix the issue. They once again stated that my camera supports maximum of 1080p30 and they acknowledged the lack in clarity in specification details on the webpage. I was really disappointed that after spending a good amount, something that I thought of as an upgrade, was not going to fulfill my primary requirement of 1080p60 over NDI. I expressed it to the team and checked if they could help with a replacement as it was my primary need. They were happy to make it happen as a special support solution for my situation. I finally had hope, but I soon realized that it would not be possible as I was outside the USA. I conveyed the information to them and to my surprise they came up with 2 options: to receive a 1080p60 device in USA and me handle shipping to India or to get a refund for my current camera purchase. I was awestruck at this moment! Since my primary requirement is 1080p60 over NDI, I chose the first option, and they were more than willing to accommodate it. I must say that, in my case, they went beyond what one would normally expect from customer support. Overall, I was genuinely impressed with the whole experience. Their after-sales support is what truly sets them apart. The level of dedication shown by their team left a lasting impression on me. If you're in the market for PTZ products and value exceptional customer support alongside good hardware, Tenveo has certainly earned my recommendation.

Great Camera for churches
We purchased this camera to stream our worship services via ZOOM The many features of this camera including the 20X zoom and AI tracking make using the camera very easy and offers a great experience for those on ZOOM. We used the included USB cord for our connection. Setting up presets was easy; however, we had to go on-line to find the instructions. It would be nice if the user manual would be included or at least a link via a QR code. If you're looking for an affordable PTZ camera, this is a good choice

Borderline false advertising - No 4K over NDI
This camera advertises 4k and NDI, but it does not support 4k over NDI. 4k is apparently only over USB (I've yet to try it to see if it works there). I sure hope a firmware update that comes real fast can fix this. Update: Tenevo contacted me and was apologetic about the short coming but could not state when or if it would be addressed. I do appreciate the fact that they reached out to try to make the situation better.

Buena calidad precio
Buena calidad de lente. No hace nada de ruido. Se ve consistente y pesa un poco pero ayuda a posicionarla y que no se mueva. Totalmente recomendable.

A good basic video conference set
These office video conference systems can easily cost double, triple the price. This is a good basic unit that is easy to setup but doesn't have fancy features like auto-follow or multiple microphones. I use this for video calls at home and I bring it to meetings at a volunteer organization. The video quality is great 1080 which is about the limit for smooth video with our lower bandwidth. THe sound quality is excellent. Unless you are an organization with deep pockets to spend $2k then this really does a good job.

Very impressed
Excellent product, you just need to read the instructions very well. Saying that I was so impressed with the product that I purchased two more a month later, they work very well in our church.
