This product really works ! The additional features of wide wheel and internal mechanism makes it feel safe and secure when rolling out . I’ve trained my abs in many ways over the years and this works all abdominal muscles at once . Perfect for those who want to build up slowly or for those who have some experience. Very good quality product that I would highly recommend.

A good, sturdy product made of a plastic wheel and a metal bar. It feels like, if you drop it from the top of your house, it’s going to survive the crash. Although I expected to receive a wheel made of cast iron or any alloy, I’m happy with the product all over. One of the things bothering me (and it shouldn’t) is, that there is a spring inside the bar, which stops the wheel rolling further when your body gets to an outstretched position. It’s a bit like those toy cars from the past with a mechanism, where you pull the car backwards to release it and the car moves fast to the other end of the room. What does that mean for the ab roller? When you outstretch your body the spring tightens the wheel and that makes it easier on your muscles. Pulling your arms back is equally easier. At the moment I’m happy with such kind of help but in the future I would be happy if that spring breaks. There isn’t a way to unlatch it.

This works great when you get used to it. I'm not great at balance, so it took a while. I look and feel so much stronger. Worth every penny.

Works as described. I can feel it working. Mechanism works fine, I use it on carpet, and it rolls smoothly without snagging. Keep your head up as you roll to avoid any potential for red-eye (straining whilst leaning forward). You don't need to overly strain in order to get results. I'm really pleased. It's a quality item.

Un articolo favoloso e per me è sicuramente: "qualità top". Non è eccessivamente ingombrante. E' robusto. Gli esercizi si trovano sul sito e si possono gestire in autonomia in base al proprio grado di allenamento (si viene guidati per stabilire il proprio livello di partenza in maniera semplice). Lo consiglio sicuramente a tutti coloro che vogliono allenare gli addominali in casa (non adatto a chi ha problemi di salute).
