They work well and I don't even have to paint them
These little buckles weigh only an ounce more than my previous krydex quick release cummerbund adapter things that are plastic (5.9 ounces if I remember correctly). But since they are longer from side to side I had to adjust the cummerbund a bit. Also, since they don't hold all the way from the top to the bottom like the plastic krydex ones it feels different (especially since I have three rows of molle instead of just two) but these are bit faster and smoother since the krydex ones are a copy of something that works much better. Also, according to the stock picture I was thinking I would have to spray paint the buckles since they are black in the picture. It turns out, they came already painted. Yay for that.

So much more convenient
Seems to be made of a strong enough material, and the buckle feels quality. This is designed for a thinner cummerbund, but can be made to work on a full width one. Instead of using one buckle per side, I went with using both buckles on the side I always put my PC on from. If you have a full width cummerbund, order some Velcro strips to help fasten it better. Seems to be an acceptable alternative to the companies charging 180 for the same setup I made for less than 30…

Decent but a bit thin
Functions the same as the one it's based off of. Just wished it had tegris connecting it to the buckle. The stitching and feel is a bit thinner than I'd like for long term hard use. But if you're just larping or flat ranging it, it's perfect. If you're planning on being in trenches anytime soon, buy a second pair.

Not meant for 3” cummerbund but …
These are made for the standard cummerbund size if you have a 3” assault cummerbund you can make it work but just know it’s not for that size. That Being said it worked great and took all the abuse I through at my kit and then some.

Works with 3AC cummerbund just a little weird
Does work with the Ferro Concepts 3AC but the straps on the cobra buckle kit only have hook velcro on one side so you have to attach it a little wonky. Works just fine though.

Good fitment
Got these for a Haley Thorax with chicken straps, fit great but will most likely fit any other style of rigid cummerbund and velcro flap front pc
