I started getting Ranauds symptoms (hurts like hell in finger tips) due to poor blood circulation. To my surprise these worked! Glad I bit the bullet. You probably wonโt notice better blood circulation unless you have poor to better symptoms. Itโs not something you typically can feel. So if you donโt โfeelโ a difference.
