Kensington Universal 3-in-1 Pro Audio Headset Switch (K83300WW), Black, 3.26 x 2.2 x 1.1 in

Purchased so I can use bluetooth hearbuds ot headsets on a non-bluetooth laptop that I cannot add drivers to. Worked after plugging in usb to device cable and pairing with bluetooth headphones. Great that I can use any of my bluetooth headphones once they are paired and still can plug in wired 3.5 mm or usb headsets as well. I also like that I know for sure I am muted with the mute button outside of teams or other chat/conference apps. I was able to pair up my phone to the device as well allowing me to switch between computer connection and phone connection without headphones paired to my phone. Great sound quality.

I had such high hopes because I have always wanted a system that would allow multiple devices to be connected to my headset. I followed the instructions multiple times and could not get it to pair. I called customer service and they could not get it to pair. Very disappointing.

When switching audio sources it disables the others preventing calls coming in or other similar issues rendering the point of this completely useless and a massive waste of my time and money. The idea it kept those connections active for a true quick switch is why I wanted it and now it seems like a bait and switch. Hardline it wireless, same issue.

This is the thing that I needed for home work. It connects 3 PC's for one headset. I'm using Steelseries 1 wifi connected to the unit. Main pc is connected via USB cable provides power. And the other two PC's are connected via Bluetooth. As it shows you can connect via 3.5mm jack USB C, and it come with an adapter for USB A to C. The only draw back is watching media and the bluetooth audio lag is something you have to manage. I am running bluetooth 5.1 on my machines and still get some lag. Well worth it to keep the desk clean from too many wires.

I bought this to use as a quick switch between my two cell phones. After fighting with this for over a month, I reached customer support to discover the device could not connect to two separate phones. You can connect one phone and a tablet or laptop but not two phones.
