Surprised how well it works!
Figured it was cheap and I was curious about more expensive models from brands like waterpik. Does what I need it to do so I don't even need to upgrade! No power needed, refilling is not a hassle. Great buy for the price. Has a decent amount of pressure and a very tight jet so don't over pump, or else it kinda hurts surprisingly.

Easy to use
I purchased this for my son. He had an expander put in and he was noticing food getting stuck in his mouth. I didn't want to buy a super expensive waterpik for him so I purchased this. He is 8 years old and he's been able to use this on his own and it's been effective at helping him get food out. He also likes using it and doing it himself which is great for me!

This will do in a pinch
I purchased a battery powered one, and although it held more water (which I liked), it was not more powerful than this manual pump. You will want to pump it more than the recommended seven times. I think I pumped mine 14 times and got a pretty powerful squirt. You will need to refill it though since the pressurized water will run out probably in 15-20 seconds. I'll use when I'm on the road. It's not going to replace the kind you plug in, but it'll work on the go.

Does not work
This is awful, I would not recommend it to anyone. I am going to throw it away. I am glad It did not cost much, it's not worth the gas Taking it to Kohls to return. Awful

Does work but broke quickly
Mine broke rather quickly but this did actually work well for a short time. The pros:- using the pump you can actually get a really strong stream of water.- this did flush out all of my tonsil stones before it brokeThe cons:- it's hard to know how strong the water stream will be since there's no settings. You jump pump the air into it. If you pump too much it will be painful like others have said.- the stream doesn't last that long so you have to pump again.- inside the tube there's a rubber donut shaped piece that suctions the pump to the tube. If it's dislodged or breaks, your pump won't work and so you can't get the water to work either. After a month, my piece kept getting dislodged and eventually broke. Because it's such a thin rubber piece it stretched and couldn't stay in place after so many pumps.I gave this a 3 because it did work. I won't repurchase though because i imagine the rubber piece will just inevitably break again. I'll be going with something automatic instead.
