Helpful for drying breastmilk, night sweats, and regular sweating isn’t near as much!!
Sage is super helpful when breastfeeding moms are ready to help dry up your milk, this and parsley capsules as well. I became an over producer with milk so it took longer for mine to dry up enough so that that I wouldn’t get mastitis again from not emptying the milk.I discovered an unexpected benefit of sage as well, it helps with night sweats as well! I also sweat more than most women when I workout and I have noticed even during the summer heat (even when I’m not working out) that I am not sweating like I used to!!These caps are easy to swallow, effective, and a great value for your money!
