Titan Evo Ash Gaming Chair - Small, Leatherette, Gray, Ergonomic

I have a bad back and I work from home. I've previously come across no chair that helps my back. I've had a lot of them over the years, from your Office Depot special to a cheap Chinese gaming chair. After my back kept giving me trouble while sitting in said cheap Chinese gaming chair, I made the decision to get the Titan. They'd come highly recommended by other techies and I figured the price would be worth it if it would help me get through work better. I've had it a few days now and have been quite pleased with the product. My back hasn't been troubling me nearly as much. I find myself actually wanting to settle into the chair and let it support me, instead of leaning forward and slouching all the time. The cheap Chinese gaming chair started creaking after a few days. The Titan is still whisper quiet. I fully expect this chair will hold up for many years. The entire frame, including the base, is made of metal. The leatherette covering is soft and supportive. The cushions are sturdy. They may be a little firm at first, but I can tell I'm gently breaking them in. When I was assembling the chair, I knew it was different. Ordinarily, the seat and the backrest are completely separated, and you have to use the arms to connect both pieces. Not the case with the Titan. One of the brackets attached to the seat was locked in place, and you're instructed to fit the backrest to it first. It was locked at an angle that ensured the screws didn't crossthread. After tightening all the screws on old chairs, I could still detect wobbliness between the backrest and seat. Not so with the Titan. It appears to live up to its name. Overall, it is a fantastic product. The price is well worth it.

Pros: Chair overall is high quality. Assembly is very easy. The magnetic pillow stays put and is very comfortable. Seat is firm but not hard and conforms after a few days to your body. Lumbar support is very good adjustment is nice. Backrest is hard at first, if you are used to a very soft chair and most likely bad posture the chair may hurt your back as you adjust to sitting properly Cons: My backrest came with crooked logo stitching. After a week the lumbar support has begun to pop loudly and creak when I sit against it. It does not effect the functionality or comfort of the chair but is very annoying and worries me for longevity. The height adjustment knob also came with cosmetic damage. I have contacted Secretlab support and I am waiting to hear back. For the price things like this shouldn't be an issue. Updated Sept 2022: SecretLab support responded and after verifying my various issues they shipped me a replacement backrest. I don't know if the first one was just defective or old stock from a previous revision but the replacement's foam is much softer and the lumbar support seems to actually move up and down where previously it felt as if it barely moved which I thought was just how it was designed. The stitching is also perfect. One defect is the threads in one of the mounting holes was damaged and took some effort to install. Everything else is good and the chair is more comfortable than it was before.

Absolutely love this chair

When I first sat in this chair, I hated it. Now hear me out, it takes like 20 minutes or so to put it together. After I paid the crazy high price for this and put a lot of work into building it I wanted to love it immediately. I didn't. I sat down and immediately hated how it felt. It felt like a wooden seat in comparison to my older chair. But after using it for over a week I began to like it more and more. It's not memory foam, it's firm. Which is good! It works really well as a chair. It's what it needs to be. Some people use this once and hate it and get rid of it. You have to get used to it. I was not gonna be able to package this up to return it so maybe I'm compensating for the price I paid by just getting used to it? Either way 60+ hours sitting in it so far and I like it. Amazing build quality. Wish it were cheaper though.

It's a gaming chair, but I have found it perfect for my long hours working at a computer in a my home office. The adjustable elements mean I can make it work for my body, and it has the lumbar support I need that most other chairs lack. I especially like the many different ways I can adjust the armrests.

UPDATE! After 2 years of almost daily use, I can confidently say the $700 was worth it. The chair has held up wonderfully and still looks just as good as the day I got it. Pros: This chair has everything you could want in an XL chair built for big boys—whether that means tall or wide for you. It has all the bells and whistles, as some would say. The armrests move in every direction to adjust for your comfort. The chair reclines and has solid back support. Even the magnetic head pillow is extremely comfortable, and it sits a little taller than most chairs, which makes it perfect for me. Building this chair was extremely easy—another huge pro. Right out of the box, it feels like you bought a premium item. With the help of a giant instruction poster, I was able to slap it together in less than 10–15 minutes. Cons: The damn thing is way overpriced in my opinion. While I love my chair and it definitely checks all the boxes for me... $700+ after tax is just too much for a chair. At least for me, I can't justify anyone spending that much on something to sit on—unless you’ve got money to burn. I mean, you could literally buy a brand new console and a cheap TV for that price… or you can have a chair. The choice is yours. I’d recommend waiting for a sale—unless you just can’t. Will you be happy with this chair? Yes, I believe so. Will you hate yourself a little for spending so much on it? Maybe a little. But eventually, you’ll forget about the price—and you’ll be happy sitting in a very sturdy, comfortable chair. Happy gaming!

Gotta be honest, I hate this chair. I regret having bought it. I used a Herman Miller before, and this chair is crazy uncomfortable compared to that. Just super disappointed with his quality compared to the price tag. It looks high quality, and the assembly felt like its a good product. But sitting on it is just a pain for someone who does it for a long time every day. Regret regret regret. I even got that lumbar pillow on after market, but even that isnt helping much... I hate this chair...

My partner has been wanting this chair for years. He's read hundreds of reviews and had it in his list forever. We finally splurged. He has several injuries from a car accident and is particular about the support and comfort of furniture. He appreciates the support and adaptability of this chair. He says it is far more comfortable than any other gaming chair he's owned, and should last a lot longer. If it really does last, it'll be worth the money I suppose. I got his old chair (I don't game, but I work beside hime sometimes) and there is a huge difference in functionality and comfort, so I understand why he loves it so much.

Excellent chair , then again it should be for over £600 , packaged very well, sturdy quality comfortable chair. Even has a fancy Allen key ha ha .
