Q: Is there a steamer tray available to use on this cooker? If not, what’s the diameter for the 20 cup inner pot? I’ll see whether I can find one.

The inner diameter of the inner-pot itself is about 8.5" or 1/32" bigger maybe and the inner diameter of the expanded flange (where your steamer pot would slide into) is just about 9" plus maybe 1/32". Thus if your steamer pot you find and buy (which often would have a corresponding "stepped shape" at their bottom where they rest or fit into the "flange" like expansion at the top perimeter of the innerpot of the rice cooker) has that stepped smaller bottom perimeter of 8" and the regular perimeter of the bottom of it is exactly 9", then it would fit. sorry if that's too many words. MAYBE SIMPLER WORDS: the bottom-most tapered diameter of the hoped-for steamer pot would be 8 1/2" and the regular diameter of the hoped-for steamer tray is 9" right before it has the stepped-taper, then it would work. since i'm hopelessly long winded, and for other reasons, contacting the manufacter might be good, or maybe they'll also answer your question. p.s. graded on a curve, since all such appliances are imperfect, i reallllllly like mine, also the 20 cup unit, after having it for a couple months. i've had much more expensive stainless steel inner pot units for the last decade or so (Miracle) and this Maxi-Matic ERC-2020 is doing great so far. People talk of the pots "spitting" out boiling rice water in stages of the cooking and that also happens in the more expensive and also excellent to my liking Miracle line of stainless steel innerpot models. Not sure if cooking smaller batches of rice, yet in the largest available cooker, might give you less spattering. I've wondered if a good rheostat for lowering the temperature a bit might work.

I believe it is steel plated aluminum. Personally I do not like this item. Sorry that I bought it!

Q: Why does it say 10 cup when in the video it says 5 cup max on the inside of the pot?

I believe it means that the max is 5 cups raw rice. When it's done, it should equal 10 cups of cooked rice.
