Leg cramps from hell! I use this before bed ( bedtime! that’s when I get cramps) sometimes I still get one or two and quickly rub this into my skin. Cramps start to go away! Better than the foam product I used for years. Try it, all you have to lose are the cramps!

I need to preface this with “I don’t give reviews”…if you’re on the fence of buying this, do it! I have severe Charley horses in both calves with my feet falling sleep on occasion. The first time I used this, it did a better job of loosening my calves than a professional massage.

if you have RLS, you understand. I have a prescription med for my RLS but I incorporate this lotion after showering. No scent, no irritation.

I like the cream but the pump stopped working when product was less than half used.

This is a great product to use. I have suffered from restless legs for years and it has been a struggle to sleep most nights. I have consistently put this on my calves each night and it works fantastic. It is better if I put it on before my legs start getting twitchy, but it still helps even after they are.

Creamy and spreads and absorbs easily. Not sticky. Nice scent. NotOverpowering. Love that it’s in a Pump rather than a jar - so much more hygienic! So far I’ve noticed that it helps relax tight muscles and ease some pain in my feet and ankles. It is a great moisturizer for hands and arms as well. Did not cause itchiness
