charger works
The charger does charge my Dell inspiron 15 Laptop however the charger does get very hot, I will recommend the charger is unpluged after charge and the laptop not left charging overnight or unattended.

It's a charger and it's charging!
My laptop stopped charging and I thought it worth attempting to try a new charger before doling out for a brand new laptop. This one arrived quickly and was a great replacement. Been using for several months now with no issues at all. It's an older laptop now which I suspect is why it doesn't hold charge well, nothing to do with this charger. All in all, very happy and relieved it was a simple fix and I don't have to buy a new laptop!
