They taste as described--bitter with a hint of apricot fruitiness. Imagine a bitter almond with a fruity aftertaste. They aren't bad. The packaging says to only eat a few a day for the health benefit. It is impossible to tell exactly how effective they are. I like the idea of natural supplemental superfoods, but the effect can seem very subjective. I think the cost per effective serving is very reasonable, so, if there is a chance that these help reduce the risk of various illnesses, then I think it's worth it. Doesn't seem like "snake oil" to me. Time will tell, I guess.

Love this product. I people only new that health benfits from eating theses. My family has been eating this for centuries.

Solid product. Crunchy and bitter but totally doable for anyone not used to it.

I eat 3 seeds per day for prevention of cancer and miscellaneous health benefits. The seeds arrive fresh and the packaging keeps them fresh. I like the taste and quality of the seeds. They have a slightly bitter almond taste that I initially found off putting but now grown to appreciate. There are a LOT of seeds in every bag, so there is good value for the price. I get on Subscribe and Save so I always have some on hand.

My first bag arrived with a tear in the cellophane and Amazon refunded my purchase and I got another bag sent! I CANNOT SAY THIS ENOUGH!!!!!!! DO NOT EAT MORE THAN 3 a day!!! I didn’t pay attention to that and ate at least 20 at one time and got cyanide poisoning! It was my own fault and was deathly sick from it! If you ONLY eat 3 a day they are very good for you! I actually like the taste! Taste like a raw almond with a slight bitterness that was pleasing to me! JUST BE CAREFUL and KEEP AWAY from little ones and pets!

I'm on my third bag. I've had as many as 25 twice a day for ten days with no ill effects. I'm currently taking about 20 in a smoothy (to cover up the taste) sometimes as often as once a day and sometimes once a week. Sometimes I grind them up in a coffee grinder and add it to whatever I'm eating. The only effect I've noticed is that my body started to work better overall. Male 73 yo PSA 4.6 and dropping like a rock.

I purchased this item and it was delivered on November 26, 2025. I looked at the best use by date which stated the best use by date was 12/ 10/ 2025. I attempted to have my money refunded and received a statement that the item was unable to be returned because it is a food item. I read up apricot kernels and it said the potency of the kernels decreases after the best use date but you can still them. The system wouldn't allow me to ask for a refund. I ordered another bag. Hopefully the next bag will have a longer best use by date for 2026 or 2027.

These kernels are bitter, which is what you look for in apricot kernels. I've bought this brand a number of times. Hope to see them again at this site.
