Really good. Seems to work. I sleep well after it and they taste nice.

These don’t put you to sleep but it has helped 3 in our family who have problems getting to sleep. They are small chewable gummies that we take before going to bed and whether it’s the new routine or the gummies we have found it easier to sleep on most nights. The day time gummies are good to as have helped deal with A level exam stress. Again not a full cure but helps have a calmer frame of mind

I tried these and can say they do make me fall asleep once I've gone into bed and my waking up during the nights have cut down , they aren't so strong as to knock u out cold which I cant be anyways I have a 21mth year old to look out for but they do calm u before bed ao u can switch off better. Ive ordered another one as they r herbal from 5 different flowers not chemicals

I STAND by these gummies. I used to have bottles at a time during a very tough period in my life and I still use them when I struggle, day or night and it just takes the edge off. I swear by these gummies and this brand as a whole. Always have.

I am a terrible sleeper and hoped that these would help. I have now used all of them, so a good trail, and didn't find them to have any affect at aiding sleep what so ever. They tasted nice, soft and fruity, but didn't work for me.

Baby these gummies will have you out like a liiiiiiiight! I struggle with falling asleep sometimes but as soon as I take one, I'm asleep within 20 minutes. I had a sleepover with my sister and even she said that she was surprised with how quickly I fell asleep after taking it. The flavour is quite nice and the texture's soft too. I find it more effective to take them when you're around reduced screen light. All in all I'd highly recommend these gummies. I'm even fighting to not fall asleep while writing this as I've just taken one. Off to bed I pop!

These gummies did not work for me. Found myself awake all night long after taking these. Felt like I had a very strong coffee just before going to bed, rather than a sleeping gummie. Wide awake staring at the ceiling all night. Just did not suit me at all. Amazon helpful as usual and issued a full refund.

Noticed a difference since taking, definitely works!
