Toasty Feet Shoe Insoles, Size:7-10 Women's, 1 Pair Per Pack

I just got these in early summer and was finally able to use them on a super cold day --- about 2 degrees and I was walking around outside.I have to say I am impressed. My feet that are normally cold were just fine.I did have on a heavy snow boot so there was little heat loss through the shoe upper. The way I think the inserts function is by reflecting your body heat back. I would guess there is some insulating value also. So even though I was basically standing on an ice cube my feet were warm. If you do not have a warm shoe and all the heat from your body is lost out the top side these are not going to help as much. So if your shoes are fabric you will still be cold. On the other hand wear a windproof rubber or real leather boot and these will do the job.I would have given them 5 stars but for the price being too high sometimes. I notice Amazon now has them on Prime for about $13--well worth the money.They are stiffer than a DrSholls $3 insert so they are easy to put in. Fairly thin--about the same as DrSholls (which I use in summer for some extra padding).I will update this once I see how they wear out. I live in Maine so we get plenty of really cold weather.UPDATE 12/14/18 Still love these and raised my rating from 4 to 5 stars. I was very impressed on how well these held up last winter, still in great condition and used at least 40-60 days, with plenty of walking at work. Clearly they will make it through another year. I found in summer there are discounts on these (I use CamelCamelCamel to notify me). They are worth every penny if you walk outside in the winter and need your feet to be warmer.

I have size 8/European 39 women’s shoe size and I got the women’s 7-10. I only trimmed the edge, less than 5mm off top, versus trimming down to what was outlined as a size 8 on the bottom of the soles, for them to fit in my boots. Like another reviewer said, the width on these is the width you are in women’s sizing! Thin enough,though would be nice if it were just a bit thinner or if the company had another version of these without the gel. Haven’t tried the boots out yet outdoors, but For an indoor trial, it feel good enough?

Toasty Feet Shoe InsolesI bought the item for my dear wife. She complains her feet sometimes get cold in her steel toe, pull on style, rubber boots sold at Walmart when doing her morning chores on our small farm.Pros:Insole shipped almost immediately and was received as scheduled.Insoles are size marked on underside for cut outline as required for different size footwear.They fit her slightly oversized boots still leaving room for thick socks as needed on especially cold days.This morning was the first time she wore them and the temperature was not low enough to evaluate the insulation properties.She says the insole is quite comfortable.She is happy with them.Cons: None at this time.

So I place my order and I get an email saying toasty feet is back ordered until April. The seller then says they will replace TF with their product for the same price and my order will arrive in three days. So the order arrives and the insoles are a size 13 one size fits all even kids! But if you cut the product they are no longer returnable. What percent of feet are over a 13? Anyway my feet are freezing and I think ok I'm going to try it, I have them and they are made with the same stuff NASA uses. Mind you I have seen toasty feet and these don't look even remotely the same except they are orange! The next part is they include a pattern and some adhesive. So you cut the pattern cut the insole (now no longer returnable and then you apply this messy adhesive to the cut edge,which in my case is 95% of the thing. The adhesive does not stick and is just a mess, it gets all over everything except the insole. My first pinion was to return them but my cold feet needed relief. Now I'm suffering with an inferior product, glue on my fingers, table and pants and a terrible looking insole that I can't return.Do not buy this product it is not what you think. I am terribly disappointed with this seller but what do they care they have my $25! But I am highly impressed with Amazon as they have fully refunded my money! Thanks amazon!. I 'll think twice about ordering from any other vendor besides Amazon itself and i hope you do too.

After running around to all the stores in my area looking for winter boot/shoe inserts, I came across Toasty Toes. What I was really looking for was the insulating inserts that had foil and additional insulation material. No one (Dr. Scholl's, etc) seems to sell them anymore. So I bought a set of the Toasty Toes.They work ok. They don't do nearly the warming job that my old inserts did, but they're better than no inserts at all. There is no heat generated by these insoles, they are just supposed to be insulators to keep cold from floors from getting to your feet.

I have always had a problem with my feet getting cold in the winter. My feet stay warmer with these in my shoes. I use these in my snowboard boots, hunting boots, and my work shoes. Got a pair for my son in Minnesota, too. Unfortunately, they are not offered in a size small enough for his wife who wears a size 5 shoe. But they're great for me!!!
