It's just the right length. I use it for lower back extensions. Good materials, lightweight, but strong.

Dont buy..the range of chest fly..hamstirng curls and leg curls are extremly small for the usage of a normal person..very low quality product..dont think its 6 in one gagdet its just useful for bench press and then also it's small for hand placement...extemely horrible product

This is decent for someone who is a beginner. But be warned that what you see in the image is not what you’ll receive. I supposed it’s great for the price I paid, however you don’t get a sufficient cushioning on top, as the picture shows. It is however, quite sturdy.

The bench width is little less, if you are healthy you might slip left and right.The main frame doesn’t have hole at the bottom for the bar provided for stability.

First of all the quality is very poor. The product that was delivered to me did not have holes to fix the bolts in some pieces. I had to take it to an engineering shop and get holes drilled in the metal bars. The holes provided to adjust the incline are not aligned so the rod won't go fully at both ends. The design is flawed. The height is not sufficient for doing leg extension. The design is so bad that when I put even 5kg rubber weights for leg extension work out, the weight itself instructs the leg and it hurts your leg when I try to extend the leg. Unfortunately I couldn't return it because I was not in town when the product arrived and assembled it after the return window was over. Now I am stuck with a useless product.
