Anker Powerhouse 760 Portable Power Station Expansion Battery (2048Wh), 6× Longer Lifespan LiFePO4 Batteries, 2048Wh Extra Battery for Anker SOLIX F2000

This came in very handy when there was a power outage, it was enough to keep our food cold and the refrigerator running. The power was out about 20 hours and there was quite a bit of power left, after the refrig reached the desired temp we turned it of for a few hours to save power. We also used it to run our computer. It charges very rapidly in a wall socket (didn't try others yet) and there was no noise. It is very heavy and not easy to move around but very well built.

Bought this for my self built mobile office, almost a year later bought an expansion. This thing is incredible. Anker is and has been for many years my go to company for electric power devices and accessories.

I have multiple Anker Powerstations. I recently purchased a 2nd 760 Expansion Battery. Upon arrival, it wouldn't charge. I tried multiple fixes on my own (switching out the connector cable, using a different outlet, changing the order of when I plugged what into what) and nothing worked. I reached out to Anker via Amazon messaging on the Saturday this all occurred. I wasn't expecting an answer back until Monday at the earliest. I received an email within a few hours requesting the standard stuff, order number, serial number, pictures, etc. I submitted all of these on Sunday, again, not expecting an answer back. They responded within a few hours again! Luana sent me a return label and as soon as I dropped off the battery at my local Fedex "Station" (you have to drop off at a "station", not a regular Fedex shipping store) the tracking return number registered in the system and Anker sent out the replacement. A week after the whole thing started, I have my new 760 Expansion Battery replacement. It charged as normal and everything works beautifully.This is the BEST customer support I've ever received and I can't thank Anker enough for making it all so easy. Incredible support and I'll definitely maintain my loyalty to the Anker Powerstations. Thank you Luana and the rest of the Anker staff!One last thing. Save your boxes for a while after you receive your battery. Anker's instructions say to ship back in the original packaging. Thankfully my recycling hadn't been picked up yet and I could pull the boxes out to use to send the broken one back.

The product functions great and is simple to operate. Some areas I would like the manufacturer to improve is having a way to securely mount the expansion battery to the main power station so that the whole unit can be moved via the collapsible handle. The other thing I would like to see is a right angled plug head that goes between the units when staked as the straight plug makes the cord into a large u shape that sicks out 90 degrees from the unit making a T shape.

This battery arrived 2 days earlier than expected and was real well packaged.Pros: It literally has one cable to hook up to the base. No fuss no muss.Cons: This is almost as heavy as the base is. It is designed to sit on top of the main power station. Wish it came with a longer connecting cable so i could put it on a shelf instead of the top of the station.Overall this was definitely worth the cost to double the power available for the base station. Other that the small charging issue where it didn’t charge when trying to charge. It was fixed with a firmware update via the Ankor app. Once that was done I’ve had no issue with it at all. If you have the money as this is a pricey backup battery for the Ankor power station, It is worth it. And provides a peace of mind knowing that I have a backup!!

Anker uses FED EX which originally lost my order, lied about delivering it to my home and then a week later ordered me to go pick it up from a Walgreens FED EX location. This is the worst experience with Anker I have ever had because they chose FED EX as a delivery service. Anker, why in the name of GOD do you use a company that insults your customers like this. Amazon why would you let your prime members go through this again? I am so temped to close my account and go Wallmart plus.
