A few of the smart ink cartridges are faulty and caused an error message with the printer. I contacted the smart ink representative who quickly understood the problem and is sending me replacement cartridges. Great service!

The ink itself did not work in my printer. Kate, the lady who assisted on my call was very good at finding the problem. Though it turns out the ink was faulty she is sending new ink. Very well done. I would give her a 5 star rating but the ink itself a 1

I'm an ex-hp employee who until recently believed all the codswallop about needing genuine hp ink. But now I'm on my own dime I figured why not give this a go; it's SO much cheaper, and after all I could return if it didn't work. I had absolutely NO trouble installing this in my hp Deskjet, and it worked perfectly. Nine months later, and after not printing for several months, I found two of the colors had stopped working even though there was plenty of ink remaining. This has happened to me before with genuine hp ink (I think the ink dries up somewhere in the cartridge), and I had to throw away the hp cartridges and buy new. I'm this case however I contacted the seller through Amazon, and they overnighted replacement cartridges free of charge. Unbelievably good service.

My original review was negative because the Ink jet cartridges didn’t work. When the company found out, they sent me a full refund and another order of ink cartridges. The ink cartridges work well, we get a clear, colorful print. I am very impressed with this company and their products!

I had a faulty magenta and they are sending me a whole new set of ink even though all the others worked. The costumer service is amazing!

I've been using these for years and they have always worked, until one set I got recently had an issue, but I reached out to the customer service line in the package and they sent me a new set right away and that one worked! SO much cheaper than the outrageous prices the "big guys" charge for printer ink

The description says that these cartridges work with "HP Officejet 6700." I did not know that because HP Officejet 6700 Premium" is not specifically listed, I should not have ordered these cartridges. After many attempts to get the cartridges to work, I called the company hoping that they would guide me to resolve the problem. However, they said that the cartridges are not compatible with the "premium" version of 6700! Because 30 days from purchase had passed (but still less than 2 months), I could not return them anymore. They told me that I should have read carefully the list of printers for which the cartridges work. I told them that since "HP Officejet 6700" is on the list, it is not so far-fetched to assume that they would work for "HP Officejet 6700 Premium" too, so they should specify in the description that the "Premium" is NOT compatible. I consider this as an omission on their part, so the honorable thing to do should have been to allow me to return the cartridges even though 30 days have been slightly exceeded. I saw another review stating that their "HP Officejet 6700 Premium" printer got ruined after trying these cartridges and it did not work properly afterward even with original HP cartridges. I hope this is not my case but I am yet to order HP cartridges now. Update Jan 14, 2024: After the appearance of the above review, the company did reimburse me for the purchase without even asking for a return of the non-working product. So, I changed my rating from * to *** - still not four or five stars because I had to write a complaint first, while the same result could have been achieved when I called them on the phone explaining the situation. Also, I still do not see the "Premium" excluded in the description of the product, so others may still order it. Where the description mentions "6700", they should add "(but not 6700 Premium)."

I installed the Cyan ink cartridge into my printer, and after the printer attempts to configure itself, I get an error stating, "There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If the problem persists , contact HP." I put the old, depleted cartridge back in, and it clears the error and asks me to replace with a new cartridge, so clearly this product isn't compatible, or there's some kind of issue with the design/manufacture. The support link for Smart Ink goes to a non-existent site that looks very janky and spammy and I dare not click any of the links on the page (I don't recommend you do either). This seems almost like a scam, or some ultra low-cost Chinese supplier who has no support infrastructure or concern about the product. DO NOT BUY!

The printer keep giving me an error and it doesn't wont to work any more

Preis-Leistung ist TOP. Der Unterschied zur Druckqualität zu den original HP-Patronen ist es nicht wert die originalen Patronen zu verwenden. Mag sein, dass die Ausdrucke mit HP-Patronen besser gegen UV-Licht oder Feuchtigkeit geschützt sind, aber Ausdrucke die in einem Ordner oder ähnliches abgelegt werden brauchen diesen Schutz nicht. Nach dem Einsetzten der letzten Lieferung meldet der Drucker eine Störung mit dem Tintensystem und muss öfters neu gestartet werden. Nachdem ich die Lieferfirma bzgl. diese Probleme informiert habe, wurde sofort eine kostenlose Ersatzlieferung veranlasst ! TOP TOP TOP Kundendienst. Die nun gelieferten Patronen sind in Ordnung!

After purchasing my new ink, it arrived quickly and my printer accepted the ink without issue. After a quick cleaning of the heads and the usual user maintenance that should be done when replacing ink after a long period of non use, I was off and printing excellent quality print jobs. I didn't use the printer for over a week after my first day and upon turning it back on, I had an error when trying to print indicating there was an issue with the ink. I swapped out the ink one by one with the old original ink until the issue went away and discovered the cyan was completely empty but had not been used enough to be so the count and the ink levels did not match. I contacted the seller directly who quickly responded and immediately sent me new ink. I put in the new cyan and was able to print again with excellent quality. This seller stands behind his products and offers excellent customer service. I will be buying from him again.
