I wanted to smoke a 20 pound turkey in my Weber 18” Rocky Mountain Smoker. This stand is very sturdy and held the turkey upright with ease. I’m sure I could have gone with an even larger turkey if I wanted. The turkey came out great and this stand worked exactly as I had hoped. I highly recommend.

These are wonderful products! We use them in our Smoker. We have had some great meals of Chicken, Duck & Turkey using them. It was excellent for the duck. The duck was stuffed with an orange and then was placed on the holder and then in an aluminum disposible pan which allowed the grease from the duck to render off. So easy to do and delicious! For Thanksgiving we did a small turkey stuffed with two buttered whole onions and turned out great too. Thanks for a great product!

For Thanksgiving 2021. I used the Turkey holder in my oven. Lowered the metal shelf to the lowest position in the oven. Positioned the turkey onto the holder. I used my broiling pan base, as it deep enough to catch rouge juices, However it allows for easy positioning in the oven. I melted butter added salt, pepper garlic powder and some sage rub, chilled the buttery mix in the fridge 10-15 minutes. Then coated the turkey with the(wear rubber gloves) the mix. Follow cooking instructions for your turkey size. The turkey came out fantastically browned back, belly, legs and wings . and so moist. The holder could be a little taller and maybe a little wider at the top. As the turkey cooked the top of the holder poked out through the neck area. Making it a little tricky removing the holder from the bird. I use the chicken holder whenever I cook a chicken. I have yet to have a dried out chicken. The holder isn't tall enough to put a can of liquid under it. So I put a little oven save bowel under it filled with water. Only issue and it is not much. I have big hands and the holders are tough to wash. So I use a brush to clean drinking glasses and this cleans them easy enough. I have not used them in the grill, the Egg is on my wish list. Excellent addition to your kitchen utensils. These vertical roasters are the answer to evenly cooking and browning of whole chickens and small turkeys. The roasters will work in any oven, gas, or charcoal, grill in which you can set them upright, clear of coils or burners. I’ve found them to be the best method possible for cooking birds in my Big Easy oiless fryer. The results of beautifully browned birds, cooked evenly throughout from breast to wingtip is consistent with these roasters. A “must add”,If not already in your cooking utensils.

They are cheaper than many, the 2 piece set works over a large range, I used the big one for a 26lbs turkey no problem. Some say about a beer can but I think beer tasted best drank cold and as a poultry flavor is gross. Buy them.

One of the only Stainless Steel Vertical Roasting Racks on the market. It faired well in it's first use in the oven at 435 degrees. It washed up well in the dishwasher as well. I'll be looking forward to it holding up well over time. Time will tell,

I'm looking for a suitable vertical chicken roaster rack on the market for quite while and I'm happy to found this one. This rack design provided stable support with large base for vertical roasted chicken. The carbon stainless steel used for the rack prevents rust and keep it clean (the stainless steel made for these racks is claimed in the product description and I'm unable to verify this when they are new). the sizes of the two racks are useful, especially the large one which is perfect to be used in home oven by removing all the oven's racks and directly put a pan inside oven bottom as a base for the chicken rack. So far, this is the only one in such size that I found in the market. Great product design.
