These are way less expensive than actual Resmed straps, but they work just as well. The only caveat is that they're a bit shorter than the real Resmed version, so if you have a giant head they're not going to work. I'm a guy with an XL hat size of 7 1/2 (60 cm), and they're a bit more snug than I'd prefer. But for normal folks they'll work great.

Fits perfect and comfortable

They need to be replaced often because they start to lose the elasticity fairly quickly. They are inexpensive so its really a good value for the cost.

Well its been a year with one strap im finally having to change it to the other one that came with this purchase! If your looking for an affordable cpap strap this works PERFECT! Great value for the price and softness is out of this world comfortable! VERY DURABLE, lightweight, and provides great comfort whilst sleeping!:)

My head is on the large side. While the original Resmed straps and these are the same length at the buckle setting I used (near the end of the strap), this strap ended up being too tight on my head even spread wide apart in the back at full length, no clips used. I believe that the original Resmed and certain competitors that use the Resmed-style buckle are slightly more elastic than this one, so while the fabric is comfortable and it fits the P10 frame perfectly, if you are near the end of the strap with original Resmed, this strap may be too small for you.

This straps are extremely small. Hence very tight on a person like me with large head. Give a second thought before buying it.
