Q: Any idea how long these blades last.

I use it only for myself, once per week and the blade lasts about 1-1/2 years. Keep it clean and oiled, it will serve you well.

Q: I need to know if this device can be use for shaving the face with goatee?.

Yes you can do a "clipper shave" with these clippers. It won't be as smooth as a razor shave but there will be less irritation.

Yes. I have been using it to shave my entire head for years. It provides a a smooth clean shave without having the irritation of a razor. You will be pleased.

Q: It vibrated so much that even one of the screws loosened. Do u think I received a faulty one or is it because my country uses 50 instead of 60 cycle?

It's likely the cycle and the voltage. In most countries outside the US, the voltage is 220V and cycles is 50HZ. Even if you have a transformer that takes you from 220v to 110/120V, the cycles can mess you up. I just bought a converter that does both from http://a.co/bgLBgkK and it works great outside of the US. No more loud noises and heavy vibrations from my clippers and trimmers.
