This has been a helpful addition to my recovery. I have found that for me less is more when it comes to this tool. I tend to work from the center of the swelling outward and I use the rounded gentler part of the "edge", laying it almost flat so as to avoid really digging in. This tool was recommended by my PT but frankly the way he used it caused a lot of pain and just seemed to make it worse. I find being really gentle is actually more helpful, especially because my injury is on the back of a knuckle where it's super long healing time to get back mobility and if you anger it, it just re-swells and sets recovery back.I don't really ever 100% trust metal from China to be 100% lead-free so I tend to only use it dry and wash my hands afterward. but, even if it did have lead the transfer through skin would be very minimal.

This tool is great for your lymph nodes and assusting to help them drain. Feels so good on all areas of you face and neck. There are YouTube videos to show how to use properly. It can also help lift your face and make it glow, be sure to use with a good quality oil/lotion so the tool can glide along your skin. Love this! I recommend buying this.

started using this after long runs and the difference in recovery time is actually noticeable compared to doing nothing. the stainless steel feels really premium and the edges are smooth enough that it is not painful to use when you are working out tight spots in your neck and shoulders. there are a ton of tutorial videos online to learn the right technique and it is way more effective once you figure out what you are doing.

If you have used portable massage tools, then you will be pleased to pack one of these with you. Weather you are a professional or just trying to get to that little spot, these can be sterilized and are hollow so you don't notice them in your pocket. Sweet little muscle Jiggs.

This is not what it says. Not stainless steel. Chunky but light cheap plastic. I did get promised a refund, waiting. Total waste of money! Came with a great fake leather pouch though

On Amazon USA you are selling it for $9.99 and here for $36? I’m ordering from USA thinking this should be shipped from Japan but it came from New Jersey while I’m in New York. Product quality is not that good that worth the $36 I paid. And I have to ship it back for a refund. Totally waste of time. Highly recommend not to purchase even you are a US buyer.
