Please never change the formula, works perfect the way it is!
I use this stuff as part of nightly routine for bed. (I have insomnia and a fair bit of anxiety, so sleeping is often rough.) Before this I used Aveeno’s chamomile lavender lotion, which was nice until they changed up the ingredients that messed up the scent and consistency.After trying out other products I came across this and figured I’d give it a go. The scent might smell strong or medicine-y to you at first, but if you’re familiar with Dr.Teals products I’d say you can know what to expect. Scent is nice and helps put my brain into sleep mode, which I have a hard time doing myself! Not sure how effective topically applied melatonin is, but this is at least much better for me than melatonin pills, which somehow had the opposite effect previously. This lotion feels nice as well, it’s Dr. Teal’s so if your hands don’t feel too sticky or oily if you’re concerned about that sort of thing.Wish this came in a larger size lol, I’d definitely buy! The bang for your buck is worth it for me.

Fall asleep and feel good doing it.
My wife and I both actually like the scent of this lotion. We both use it at night. not only does it moisturize our skin it relaxes us both to sleep. Plus we also use other stuff like their bubble bath too. the DR makes good quality products.

Smells great but not very strong lavender scent
The canonize really takes over from the lavender smell. So if you want a song scent of lavender would not recommend this. It is very moisturizing though and great price for three!

Calming and easy to apply.
This lotion and some melatonin is exactly what I needed for a good nite sleep. I have friends who also use this product and have to be careful not to apply too much or end up groggy in the morning.

It smells so good...
I love this cream. The smell is wonderful and it really is relaxing. I put it all over before bedtime, arms feet, legs and I fall asleep pretty fast.
