Yes yes yes! High quality brand, with high quality standards. I follow them on Instagram and the quality of their products never disappoint. The Vitamin content is superb it contains pretty much all the b vitamins your body would need. I have struggle with depression and since taking them I have noticed a change a positive one. Is very worth the money.

I have had no issue with this vitamin. The only thing I will say is that the formula has changed since the photo was taken that is on the site because there is now no methylated Vitamin B in this product at all (which is important for me as I cannot process methylated Vitamin B) I would suggest updating the photo which shows the ingredients. Otherwise, excellent quality product.

These pills are important to me as I lack Vitamin B and this gives a range of B's.

The only thing I did not like was the higher than normal concentration of B vitamins.

Was so happy to find a product with folinic acid - and just the right dose - great for those with the MTHR gene mutation. However, the inner seal was stuck to the inside of the cap. It was sealed properly from the outside, and the inner seal wasn't broken-looking, so I don't think the bottle was tampered with - just not sealed properly at time of manufacture. Still, it made me nervous to take it. I would've returned the bottle; but the return window just closed yesterday (I had to leave town for a family emergency, shortly after receiving the bottle). Also, the B12 daily value (4,166%) is just too high.
