Folks, I am a huge health nut, love to exercise tons each week, drink tons of water, focus on proper sleep, drink powdered fiber/greens/etc. I focus on that stuff and my health! Also, I love to enjoy my organic type low sugar red wine...yummy. I know what drinking smart and drinking dumb is all about. I have been choosing to drink smart the older I get. Little tired in the am, not a problem but a huge hangover. No good. Got 3 girls in my house that get up early and chat like nobody's business. Hurts my head if hungover. I bought some of these on Amazon. They work for me and my buddy exactly as advertised. Took any hangover effects that were or should be coming and cut our potential hangovers by 50%, not kidding. We have tried tons of stuff online that claims to curb hangovers. None really worked, this stuff does! I had a couple bottles and was a little tired the next day, but no big hangover. These were my go to for years and they ABSOLUTELY worked. But over the last year or so they’ve changed their look and smell* (and presumably their formula) twice and now they’re pretty much worthless. Literally no hangover relief whatsoever. *they started out bright white and one of the nice things about them originally was that they didn’t have the same..let’s call it “health food store in the 90’s” smell that other hangover pills had, then all of a sudden they looked and smelled EXACTLY like a lot of those other pills with more gray/brownish tone, then just as suddenly they’re now white again but they smell really strongly of lemon and they taste kind of like how lemon pledge smells (which is weird because neither of the past iterations had ANY sort of taste) All that to say, pick a different pill. These were amazing while they lasted, but for whatever reason they suck now.

Having recently turned 40, my hangovers have gotten worse with each passing year. I'm not a heavy drinker, but even if I have just a three beers, I wake up off the next day (tired, cranky, cloudy, etc.). Last night, my town had an Oktoberfest event. My wife and I went with a bunch of our friends. I drank more beer and stronger beer than I normally would. I probably had about five to six beers. After my last drink, I took Cheers. Based on how I feel right now, I believe that Cheers' claims are accurate. I feel much better than I would otherwise feel after how much I drank last night. I almost feel normal. I can't say that I feel 100%, but I'm almost there. Overall, the research is clear that drinking isn't healthy. I certainly don't want to encourage anyone to drink. You're better off not drinking at all. With that said, if you're at the kind of event where you're going to drink, I do think Cheers will help you have a better next day.
