This is brilliant gadget, really lovely to look at, fast and crunches ice to make smoothies no problem. Originally I wasn't sure as it came with a two pin plug, but a friend advised me to use an adapter, and it worked fine. So now am very pleased. Great .

Good For Smoothies
Smoothies only, not for any serious or heavy duty kitchen cooking or whatever. If this is what you are looking for then fine and would give 3 stars. Why? Because... 1. The top / motor housing part does not "lock" to the cup and you have to use both hands to hold the cup still with one and press the button with the other. 2. The plastic material of the cup is and feels cheap 3. The cable does not fold like it is shown in the pics; the cable it is just not long enough and 4. 1 star grading because it is just not strong enough to cut dried fruit Again, if it is smoothies you are into, it is a fair buy, for all others please avoid at all cost! Thanks

Need adaptor in order to use it in the UK
I've bought this food processor in the past, but this one after trying to make bread crumbs with fresh sliced bread - without even filling it up - it stopped working, not very happy about that.

We hadden dit product voor 2 jaar en het werkte prima maar het ging na 2 jaar stuk. Ik had hiervoor ook een product van het zelfde merk en dat ging 10 jaar mee. Ik vind het niet kunnen dat je zoveel betaalt voor een product en het gaat zo snel kapot. Het lijkt alsof het net zo lang mee gaat als de garantie van het product en dat vind ik niet kunnen.

Sehr gute Leistung
Ich hatte 2012 das Vorgängermodell, welches nach 11 Jahren mit sehr häufigem Einsatz den Geist aufgegeben hat. Ich habe das Gerät schnell vermisst und nicht lange gezögert, den Nachfolger zu bestellen, weil ich super zufrieden damit bin. Die Messer sind super scharf (habe ich beim Abwasch gleich zu spüren bekommen) und mir gefällt besonders, dass es inzwischen 6 Messer zum Verkleinern sind (vorher 4 Messer). Ich würde es immer wieder kaufen, das Gerät schafft alles zu zerkleinern. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist für mich die zu kleine Füllmenge des Behälters, so muss ich häufiger "zwischenlagern" und auf zwei- oder dreimal mixen. Trotzdem 5 Sterne.
