For the price it did exactly what it stated. A great value. It read the codes and turned off the engine light which was what I wanted since it wasn't anything serious.

When that check engine light comes on... panic sets in! Having this little device with you...can let you know what your next step should be. It's fast...super easy....and every female should have one in her vehicle. The codes come up and you can look them up and see what might be wrong. Self protection at a great value....and keep you off the side of the road....

If you are someone that likes DIY, this is a great tool to have in your toolbox. It will save you time and money. I have a 2010 Dodge RAM 1500, my check engine light came on. I went to AutoZone they diagnosed the problem, I may the repair, and the light stayed on. Ordered my own OBD2 scanner, rescan my vehicle again and found an additional fault code that i was not aware of. Made the repaired, cleared the code and everything works great. Had I known about the additional code, I could have made all the repairs at once and stay my self time. I'll say again, this is a great tool if you are an at home mechanic.

I plugged in this scanner admittedly as a last resort and Im sure glad I did. I have the peace of mind that I know where to start if trouble arises, where to acquire the information needed to do basic repairs myself. Absolutely luv this thing , even more than fix .I don't have to pay a monthly plan to find out what's wrong , like I do for Fixx. It gives me a code , I look it up , and handle the issue. Love it .
