I recently purchased the tektake DVD/CDStorage tower,It was very easy to assemble, only a screwdriver needed,It’s very well made, sturdy,Very good value for moneyAnd looks nice in my lounge.I am very pleased with it

Easy to assemble with just a screwdriver. Keeps all my CDs neatly in one place now, just what I wanted to tidy up.

THE UNIT WAS WELL PRESENTED AND EASY TO ASSEMBLE, BUT IT WAS VERY DIIFFICULT TO APPORTION THE SHELVING TO EITHER ALL DVDS - WHICH I WANTED - OR CD'S, AS AN ALTERNATIVE. AS, OTHERWISE, IT SUITED MY PURPOSE, I DRILLED HOLES TO ACCOMODATE THE SHELF SUPPORTS WHERE I WANTED THEM. THE RESULT IS FAR SUPERIOR TO THAT WHICH I WOULD HAVE, HAD I STUCK WITH THE HOLES PROVIDED. IT LOOKS GOOD. BUT ANOTHER MAJOR ISSUE. WHY OH WHY OH WHY DO SO MANY MAUFACTURERS INSIST ON PUTTING THOSE STICKERS ON, IN PROMINENT PLACES, USING A GUMMY GLUE THAT IS SOOOOOO DIFFICULT TO REMOVE. IT REALLY GETS TO ME AND SHOULD PUT ALL SUCH PRODUCTS IN ROOM 101. I HAVE, PREVIOUSLY, RETURNED GOODS BEARING THOSE STICKERS, JUST BECAUSE IT PXXXES ME OFF!

Cannot praise these sturdy, simple to construct units enough. They are so stylish and the beech was a perfect match for our existing lounge furniture - followed up our first order of two units, for a further two. It is amazing how many DVDs and CDs we can fit in. We have made one unit up simply to hold CDs and another to have three shelves of DVDs and one for CDs on top. The price for these high quality, well-finished units is nothing short of amazing. Very very highly recommended - 10 stars not enough!!

I purchased this CD tower based on the great reviews I read on Amazon. The sturdy box arrived sooner than I expected and all the pieces were exceptionally well packed and protected inside - lots of packing pieces, polystyrene and tissue, which I was very impressed with. However, putting the tower together was a different matter and although easy, it presented me with a few issues that had me grunting and grumbling! One of the screws for the base just would not tighten up and kept turning in the hole. There are only 4 white finishing caps in the pack to cover the screws for the top of the tower, not for the bottom and they were very loose. So be aware that if you intend to put the tower on top of a piece of furniture, as I did, that the screws may scratch the surface, so place a mat underneath. The metal pegs that the shelves slot onto are tremendously loose and kept falling out, so I ended up super-gluing them into the holes to stop this happening. The underneath of each of the 5 square shelves has 4 cut-out slots each side that go over the metal pegs to secure them, but on mine, each of the two right hand side slots on all 5 shelves were not as deep as the two left hand slots, so each shelf wouldn't sit correctly and wobbled. The left side pegs fitted into the slots perfectly but to stop the shelves wobbling, I ended up having to use a scalpel to cut deeper slots in all pairs on the right side of every shelf! The adapted shelves, once fitted on the pegs are fine but they are too short at the sides so don't fit snugly and there is a 1.5 mm gap each side! These are going to annoy me, but hey ho, it's made up now, so I'll have to live with it. Positive points are that each piece of the CD tower is lettered and the diagram for putting the tower together is very simple. The white finish of all of the parts of the tower are well coated, so not easy to damage.

Very easy to assemble and sturdy. A wall fixing is provided but is stable freestanding on my living room carpet. Good quality and z nice finish which matches my black Cyrus HiFi.

I've just bought my second one of these as I was so impressed with the first. Very solid and sturdy and can be put together in 5 mins with just a screwdriver. They look good and are superb value for money.

Looks nice and is well constructedBUT we wanted it for DVD's and the shelves are fitted so you can only fit 2 shelves for DVD's.So we had to drill holes to reposition one shelf. That then enabled us to have 4 rows of DVD'sThe image shows 6 shelves which would only be possible with CD's
