Great desk, great customer service
Edited and updated:1) We received two damaged pieces-- one was the back mesh for underside of the desk which is so bent it's not usable and the other was a corner to the top ( see photos). I contacted the seller who immediately shipped another desk. Received it within a few days of notifying them of the damage.2) Instructions for putting desk together were okay. There's a lot of extra parts that aren't listed in the instruction manual. It took me about two hours. At one point the instruction manual tells you to flip the desk over to screw in the top. That wasn't feasible and it turned out fine. The screw driver and hex wrench are provided.3) The screw holes didn't align for the center top piece. Again, they rectified the problem very quickly.4) The shelves don't bolt into the desktop, which made putting them on super easy and you can actually use the desk without them.My son loves it. We added a corner desk sleeve for more space (it's under the mousepad). It's very stable and fits nicely. We are actually pretty impressed with it.

Easy assemble size it what the picture shows.
I went back and forth on a 4 or 5. The desk was extremely well boxed and easy to assemble. It took me a little over an hour but a couple times I had to alter a piece due to putting it on backwards or not having holes lined up right but they are quick fixes. At no point did I have to completely take anything apart to turn it. It's very well written instructions and all.pieces are marked well. It comes with a nice little screw driver but never used it once until I out the power strip on. Used the Allen for everything. Sturdy. Only downfall is its a little smaller than I realized but fits good in my space. It will.work fine. I love the color and will really enjoy working from home.

I was the guy who asked over and over about app
The app is called LotusLanternX. The QR code passes through a Chinese url forwarder btw.App is pretty basic, only thing you can do you can’t with remote is set it to work as an alarm. Adding it to your phone does allow you to do cool stuff but it would all have to be done outside of the app(use automated for task to open app and do abc when xyz happens). I have yet to be able to see the connection on a pc. The remote works pretty well.As for the desk.Lightweight but solid metal. Texture on motel is consistent. Holes didn’t look sheared or lazily cut. Tabletop wood is thin but solid. My 150lbs butt could stand on it and feel safe. I wouldn’t jump up and down, but it could support me killing mosquitos from the ceiling. Side to side is extremely sturdy. It’s perfect for me. I love the color and texture. The wood feels like a laminate rather than real wood, which is understandable because that would be soo expensive now a days to ship. The multi tier design is pretty dope. But the edges don’t really match up on both sides. Either you have them pushed to the outer edge leaving a gap between the two on the inside where they meet together or push them together which leaves a sixteenth of an inch gap on the outer side. Not an issue really, but it is a detail I wanted to add.I do want to say that the desk is a little short. I am only 5’9” myself and like to slouch when watching movies. When trying to be attentive sitting at the correct height I do feel like it’s at the perfect height for me, but any higher or lower and I’d have serious problems. So if you were taller or physically bigger you might also have a problem. The bottom kickbar shelf is cool, I like it a lot. But it is a shelf so I tend to hit it or the stuff on the shelf with my shin pretty often.I am satisfied with my purchase, although the company correspondent continuously ignored my inquiry into the app name for the LED lights. That was upsetting and if the quality of my particular unit wasn’t as good, I could totally see that changing my perspective.Purposefully not answering questions about your product is not good practice for fostering positive feedback.

Easy to put together
The L-shaped desk was a perfect addition to my room, instantly creating more space and improving organization. Its design fits neatly into the corner, freeing up the rest of the room while providing plenty of surface area for work, studying, or gaming. The built-in charging port is a great feature, making it easy to keep my phone, laptop, and other devices powered without needing extra outlets or messy cables. The layout is both functional and stylish, helping to keep everything within reach while maintaining a clean and uncluttered look.Assembly was surprisingly simple, with clear instructions and all the necessary tools included. Despite how easy it was to put together, the desk feels incredibly sturdy and durable, supporting my computer, books, and other essentials without any wobbling. The materials are high quality, and the frame provides great stability, making it a reliable workspace. Overall, this L desk has been a fantastic upgrade, offering both practicality and style while maximizing the space in my room.

It’s nice!
So, I got this desk, right? It's actually pretty decent. The color is cool, it's super sturdy, and surprisingly easy to put together... for my boyfriend, anyway. I basically just supervised and drank some wine😂But here's the kicker: it's way smaller than it looks in the picture. I was picturing this massive desk where I could have my gaming setup and my art supplies all spread out. Nope. Not even close. Had to use my old desk for my art stuff, which is kind of a pain. And the instructions? Don't even get me started. I wanted option A, right? So I could put it in the corner and have my pc on the left hand side But we followed the pictures, and somehow ended up with option B! We even did a double take and everything. They have the two switched! But overall, it's not a total disaster. It's solid and a good price for what you get.
