Your message can be played back over and over with the push of the button or, when it is squeezed in a plush toy. To Record: Slide switch to the "REC" position. Press and hold the top of the housing. While the LED recording indicator is on, speak into the built-in microphone about 8-10 cm away with a normal speaking voice. Release the top to end recording. (Recording automatically stops when memory is full.) To Save recorded messages and Play: Slide the switch to the "PLAY" position, and press the top of the housing to play. This will also keep the message from being recorded over. You can re-record messages or create new messages again and again on this unit. Each time you record a message it replaces the previous one. The recorder measures 1-3/4" in diameter and is 3/4" high. It is powered by long-lasting watch batteries that are easily replaced if it is ever necessary.
