This was best product I have ever used! Im technically challenged and the product is user friendly. The directions are excellent and easy to follow. The device is small an easy carry and mighty. There is no background noise and the recordings are crystal clear. This device has become my personal assistant and I carry it either me everywhere. I truly love this product!

I was looking for something small and compact to record my thoughts, kind of like a digital journal so I can listen over and this is the perfect choice. Amazing sound and quality. Definitely recommend. the comfort of it fits perfectly into my handbag for travels. battery life great. and the whole functionality of it is good.

Crazy LOUD buzzing feedback background noise. I purchased TWO of these, and they are both doing this, no matter where I place it or even if I adjust the VOR or gain settings.I have another device a different brand that looks exactly like this, but never has this problem. I even placed them next to each other in the same recording areas to test and the other brand is crystal clear not a single loud buzzing sound.But the two that are this Brand has just loud buzzing, Feedback noise. Making it completely useless. This is actually my first one star rating on Amazon ever, very upsetting

I needed something to use as an mp3 plus a regular recorded. I love the small size of this one. Easy to stuck in ur pocket. The recorder is super sensitive, and will pick up even the smallest noises. It has a large memory. It is easy to record and delete files. And I love that is plugs in to my computer. It does take the smaller size USB plug in cord.

Unfortunately this recorder for me didn’t work for what I wanted. It is a nice recorder but I was disappoint because the background sound was heard and not the person.
