It didnt have velcro instead 3 small buttons.I measured my dog's neck it 22in i ordered 24in but it still did not fit, the legs did not go thus it was smaller than listed.

Good product but too tight near chest!
Ordered 28inch still tight near chest, else where it's flowy. My lab is 2yr old, so I'd suggest to go for the largest size available. Appearance wise, amazing❤️❤️❤️! Only issue was size😥
