Perfect fit between Mens M/L and Cadet L
My hands measure :6'' from wrist to middle finger tip.3'' palm width.Medium-thin finger girth.These fit perfect like a second skin. My velcro goes on 3/4th the way and I never have to pull or stretch to tighten.It is a little tough to get off if you're starting to sweat. But the fit and feel is worth the struggle.

Great glove
These are great gloves and a size roughly equivalent to a "men's cadet small", which can be a hard size to find, so this works really well in it's place.
