My door key is 118 mm long, will it fit in this box?

Should be ok but depends on the width of the key, i would go for it

We don't seem able to open our "yale" box. we input the 4 numbers, and expect the box to "pop open", as we see no switch. are we missing something?

Wish I'd read these reports before buying one! Had exactly the same problem. Incidentally, the plastic weather protector got stuck, had to cut out with a sharp knife, before getting access to the numbers. Also, discovered when retrieving the key that it was very, very easy to force open with a strong screwdriver inserted into the weather protector slot. Would not rate this product. Disappointing. Cannot fault 'The Safe Shop' for their courteous assistance and gratis replacement.
