Incredibly feature rich stencil! Very high quality.
Very high quality. Crystal clear, has dimples to keep it raised off the paper to reduce smudging, and the edges inside the circles and around the perimeter have a bevel/shape to the cross-section such that a pen/pencil tip can get right alongside the edge without the metal collar of the pen/pencil causing an issue. Also one edge has a 16cm rule markings, so it is convenient for quick straight line measurements too. It is quite large, every circle in single millimetre increments from 1mm to 36mm are available, as well as half-millimetre increments for the smaller diameters (1.5mm to 9.5mm). The four curved corners of the template are of different radii so they can be useful too.

Great circle template
Hard to know what to say - it has circles from 1 to 36 mm in diameter, each with a cross marked on the outside for accurate positioning, the larger 2 on the top corners also have degrees marked on. 2 'extras' are each corner is an arc of differing radius and there is a 16 cm ruler at the top. All circles are smooth for snag free drawing and there are tiny 'blisters' on the back to lift it slightly so you don't smudge you just drawn circle sliding the template off.

Brilliant!!!
I bought this for drawing quick spider graphs for my Open University course. The quality is superb, there are no snags or dents on any of the circles making it a pleasure to use. I don't think I have ever bought a Staedtler product that was of poor quality or unfit for purpose. Their products are consistently extremely well made and feel great to use. I am very pleased with this and I would definitely buy again.

Draughtsmans delight
I bought this for a friend who still does technical drawing by hand. He was delighted with it since it saved him and lot of time adjusting compasses etc.

Great quality, purchased a bunch of different templates at the same time (others were westcott) and I like the thickness of this more than the green ones. It is thicker so you may have issues depending on your utensil (I am using .5mm lead for drafting), but if you are like me and keep all your templates in a bag with your notebooks, the extra thickness makes it much stronger and very unlikely to bend while the green ones bend quite easily. The green ones give you durability in the sense that it would be very hard to break them as you could just bend it in half, while the Staedtler would snap at a certain point. So depending on your usage one may be better than the other, thick/rigid vs thin/flexible. In my search at a point I stopped remembering to look at dimensions, so this is much larger than I expected, but luckily not big enough to pose any issues. So make sure to double check if the dimensions matter to you.

I'm happy with the tool. It's made of sturdy plastic with a little of flexibility in it and circles are of a regular shape.

Nice and sturdy, no frills. A great selection of sizes and with a little imagination, can be used for more than just making circles in your artwork. Plus, it's going to save me many frantic moments of trying to find a bottle top or lid of the size I want, mainly unsuccessfully.
