You have to buy online it is no longer available anywhere in the grocery stores
I like Thai Kitchen you can always count on it to be a quality product. The Chili Paste is no longer sold in any grocery store in my area, only the Red Curry Paste seems to be sold. The Red Chili Paste is good for some recipes for example it is a good ingredient to add to Pad Thai sauce if you like to make it at home.

Delicious
I love this. It has a mild heat. So add more heat if you are looking for that. I use this to heighten flavors in many dishes. Great for its umami qualities.

Essential product for certain Thai recipes
Good product! Worked well for Thai Cashew Chicken and Tom Yum soup. Product was not well packed, and three of the 6 jars arrived leaking. I threw out the leaking jars, and didn't trust the seals on the other three, so I refrigerated them, after major clean-up. The vendor refunded 1/2, which wasn't enough to have to deal with the mess, and the fact that I will have to discard what is left of the other three if I don't use up the product within 6 weeks. This product contains shrimp, and is not worth the food-poisoning risk. The manufacturer recommends discarding open refrigerated jars after 6 weeks.

Waste of money
There is no chili and this is sweet like a sauce. Can't be returned either.

SHELLFISH WARNING
FYI - this product contains shrimp & shellfish. For a “roasted red chili paste”, you would think that Shellfish would be in the title. We have family members that could have died if we would have used this product. There should be a shrimp label or shellfish contents flag on front and not just in fine print on the back. A little misleading and dangerous.
