I really like the cork material because it is a durable. These wedges also come with a convenient pouch for storage. I've been walking up stairs all my life and it has taken a toll on my knees. Trying to do squats has been a challenge, but not anymore ! this product is amazing it really helps achieve the squat with 0 pain. I like that they are cork, not plastic. Also liked 2 pieces. I setup one one way as a stretcher and the other the other way to do eccentric one calf at a time. Put them by my coffee maker, and now stretch my calves every morning while I wait for my coffee. Great routine!

My ankle mobility has always been lacking and preventing me from getting proper squat depth. I tried elevating my heels on small weight plates but I never really liked how unstable that felt. These squat wedges feel super stable and I like the 20 degree angle better too. I also like the grooves for the added grip. A+ product.
