These gummies personally did nothing for me. I got them and took one to try them out.I felt nothing. So I thought maybe I needed to take them for a while before I felt any effect. I took them every night for a month before bed and never seemed to get any sort of result. They may work for other people. But as for me, it was no good. The taste isn't terrible but the aftertaste is the worst part. However, it's not It's so bad that you can't stand it.

These gummies give me energy with out the jitters, just more awake and alert. The taste is ok not bad, but not like eating a piece of candy. I usually take one in the morning and another around 1-2 pm. That has been working out great for me. Not what the directions say but works
