This foam block is really lightweight yet sturdy and comes in lovely colours. I find a foam block slightly softer and more comfortable than cork for using under your head whilst still maintaining enough strength for other uses.

I have sciatica and it is very important for my yoga exercises to have a solid support on my back and knees or wrists as well and yoga matters block really helps it is very sturdy and solid

Other yoga blocks have a big bevel on the edge, this one has a small but smooth bevel which I feel makes it more stable for heel raise exercises.

I love these yoga blocks (I bought the purple ones - a gorgeous rich-looking colour) having the same make in my yoga class. They're firm but with a slight give in them which make them extremely comfortable. Very reasonably priced too. The blocks are just the right thickness - I bought two giving me the option to increase or decrease the height depending on what feels most comfortable at the time.

All good and nothing to complain. Good quality for a fair price!

La dimensione è perfetta per stare a gambe incrociate senza fare tropppo sforzo sulle ginocchia e sulle anche. Ha un bel colore e il materiale sembra buono. Metto per confronto il mattoncino che uso per appoggiare le mani durante i piegamenti a terra che però è risultaro troppo alto e stretto per stare seduti comodi. Il nuovo mattoncino invece è adatto allo scopo
