Say no more to rusty iron pipe issues!! Ok so this review is legit , bought the pricey filter myself, was not paid or encouraged to leave any review from anyone else... So I bought the filter back in February and it has been great... Does the job like it claims. Hands down. Definitely has helped me combat my dry skin and troubled dry scalp, and has great water pressure too. So just need to mention - the first installment , up until the 2nd time I had to change the filter inside the Jolie Shower head myself -has been great...!! The second time I had to change the filter , I'm unsure of what happened to make the shower head become stuck together.. Making it impossible to replace the inside filter cartridge. I tried everything , dealt w/the Jolie customer service through email (and they're actually prompt on returning emails) for what seemed like a long time going back and forth about DIY on removing the inside replacement filter. WHICH nothing worked. It was like cemented together. The shower head for some reason got stuck together , I could unscrew it from my shower pipe - but taking the Jolie Shower head apart to replace the filter was impossible. It would not open for anything 😒.. first filter replacement was cool, second it was not budging at all.. Thankfully , this company offered a complete warranty upon your first purchase of the Jolie Shower head and I'm so glad I registered my product; bcuz THEY DO HONOR THEIR WORD ... With all this being said : I do recommend investing in this product , I've used many filters while living in this apartment and this has been the winner, with the most bang for my buck. . Their customer service is on point , their warranties offered worked like a charm (of course it was not an overnight process , I had to communicate only through emails, however once things were clear-they replaced my Jolie shower head, and shipped it to me as promised... Lastly... Importantly: So if you do buy Jolie, I honestly recommend you to NOT over tighten the actual component.. Get the shower head onto your shower pipe, make sure its secured without leaking, use your Teflon tape and tools the company also provides in their cute packaging- When it comes to replacing the inside filter - MAKE sure you pay attention to what direction you place the filter cartridge within the shower head. They do not say specifically what side goes in first , I noticed that when I replaced the second time ..I even reached out to the customer service making sure I would not put the cartridge in upside down, even though there is no "upside down" i do believe it makes a difference. Third time I tried to replace the filter inside it, it was so stuck like it was cemented... They replaced it entirely , thankfully. Trust the company Register your products ensuring your warranties are active. Pay attention to the filter cartridge when it comes time to replace - Don't over tighten the shower head , once your replace your filter inside. .. Hopefully this review both helps you the consumer and also helps the company to know that we may actually be putting he shower filter in upside down after all (even though it filters both ways, I think it makes the chances of it getting stuck higher ) I Love this product and customer service I am a fan and am here to tell you this 20 minute write up from me is bcuz its a credible experience. You can trust it.

Absolute piece of garbage. They break after the first two filter replacements. Conveniently outside of their outside of industry standard 3 month warranty period. Hmm, I wonder why they did that? Sediment from your water source clogs up the filter and fuses the cap that is supposed to unscrew. When you tell customer service this, they say "here watch a video of how to unscrew it." Thanks, I played college football. I am incredibly strong, and with all my strength I cannot unscrew the cap to replace the filter. Customer service is incredibly condescending and unhelpful. Total zero of a product and company. Influencers are selling this $165 piece of metal that is probably $15 cost in China. Buy a Sprite Industries shower head if you want a filter. I bought the Jolie for my daughter who saw in on Instagram. I tried explaining to my wise 17-year old that this looks cheap and not to believe advertising. At least it was a good lesson. IF Jolie at least tried to do the right thing I would work with them, but since they are so dismissive, they think it is "user error" I can't get the shower head off. Oh, and my plumber who was at my house looking at other stuff said "it is obviously a design flaw." Jolie business model: pump as many units through influencers as possible, rake in tons of cash, then disappear in 3 years. I bought two units, they are both fused shut.

Love it! Noticed a difference in my hair after first use! When I took off my old shower head it actually had tiny material clogged in it which must have been some kind of chlorine or heavy metals, maybe microplastics.. who knows! so I definitely needed this filter! I'm very impressed with it- my hair is so much more softer, and the frizz is almost completely gone! My skin also feels better, and is not as dry... I don't have the visible dryness, which I love.. because I don't like putting the chemical filled lotions on my skin! The shower head produces a nice spray that surrounds my body. So, this product works and I highly recommend it! I love it, I have no regrets about buying it, and I'm grateful to Jolie for developing this product! Try it, you will love it! Absolutely amazing 😍

We live in an area that has horrible water quality. One would say one degree off from Flint, Michigan. This filter has saved our skin and our hair. My husband quit breaking out within a week from using this filter. His “backne” is gone. Our hair feels so silky, and we have noticed the lack of hair shed from this product. It comes with all the tools needed for installation which was very impressive. It fit our shower tubing easily. The spray quality doesn’t disappoint as it puts out considerable flow. It works very well. It is actually a beautiful design. My husband was so impressed with the wrench that came with the Jolie head. The box was very impressive as well. This would be a great gift for anyone wanting to save their skin and hair health. We have one for each shower in our home. My mom’s hair was thinning and falling out before this product was installed. She now has shinier and healthier hair and scalp. The value is worth it. This is a must in your home.

The best shower head for removing contaminants from the water. The shower head was super easy and quick to install and replacing the filter was also easy. It looks and feel luxurious.

Nice shower head. Only a little time using it and can tell a difference. Only complaint, the ads make it appear that the water streams from the entire head. Was a little disappointed that it doesnt.

Bought this for the shower in my son’s apartment and he loves it. We’re pretty sure there’s no water softener in his building and he could really feel it when he showered (hair and skin both felt dry and itchy). Since purchasing this shower head, all that has changed. Easy to install and well made, it’s a pit pricy, but worth it.
